We recommend two people set up the bike for support and assembly time is roughly an hour.     PEDAL FALLS OFF

    I've had a problem with the right pedal falling off after about 4 minutes of peddling. Quite a pain to have to put it back on every time I used it.

    It constantly brakes down at the pedals! We have fixed it about 20 times I will never buy sight unseen again. Especially since we had to put it together before we could use it.

    Buyer beware

    Ordered for my elderly father to exercise at home following heart surgery… hardware is missing. Called to get missing parts, told 6-8 weeks on back order. Now he is troubled with repackaging this item to return, stress he doesn’t need.

    Not exactly top quality.

    Putting the very inadequate instructions aside, I find this equipment to be very flimsy and difficult to use. The fit and finish of the parts is very poor making adjustments quite difficult. This seems to be a poorly engineered and sloppily built unit. Hopefully not all of your products are this poorly manufactured.

    Waste of Money

    Came with chip paint on handle bars. Parts were missing & had to wait 3 weeks for Manufacture to get parts shipped in from overseas. Assembly parts were also numbered wrong which made assembly even more difficult! After contacting Manufacture sent correct nuts & bolts 4-5 weeks later but did not send new handle bars. Target refunded me (Thank you Target!) & I set it out with garbage.

    Not the worst, but not good either

    Spend more money and get something better. Wobbly. Not all parts came in the right length. Resistance is inconsistent and the highest level is weak. Water bottle holder is for very small bottles. LCD is dim. Seat is comfortable.
