Arrived Broken, Insufficient DIY Solutions Offered

Bike arrived unusable due to an issue with the only pre-assembled part. The pedals turn erratically and only with extreme force, even at the lowest resistance rating. Customer service has been very responsive, noting that it is probably an issue with one or both internal drive belts, but I have been trying to fix this unusable bike for over a month, beginning with filming videos to send to to customer service to prove there is an issue that I did not create, then receiving a YouTube video link on how to open up the bike with tools not provided in order to investigate the issue myself, then being mailed one of two necessary tools to fix myself by the company. The tool I received has not been sufficient and, at this point, I have wasted so much time trying to fix this bike and corresponding with customer service about it that I don't understand why a replacement part has not been offered. I am concerned that I've wasted $200 and am now just being strung along until too much time has passed for any way of recouping that loss; this has already taken so long that I am outside of the return window. I owned a stationary bike from this company in the past and it was rickety but usable.

Junk after 30 days

I purchased on 12/10/24. Immediately had belt shavings coming from drive shaft. On 1/25/25, I contacted customer service. They sent me replacement belts with video to replace. A tool to remove petals was included. After watching video, more tools were required to replace belts. I'm in my 60's and not a mechanic nor do I have these tools. Very complicated process to fix issue with bike. It would have to be torn down to the bearings. You would think, since I only had the bike for 30 days, a replacement would be sent. Poor quality bike.

It's sturdy and comfortable. Folds up so I can roll it to store out of the way. Been riding it nightly due to minus 3 degree wind chill factors in Ohio. It's been a real lifesaver since I can't get out to walk or hike.

Foldable Bike

I really wanted to say my bike was perfect but one of the nails was screwed in wrong that it would pop after a couple of pedals. (It wasn’t one of the nails that I was to screw in, it was one of the nails that already comes screwed in). I was able to some what fix it. It’s easy to fold and insert the pin, but it doesn’t not balance properly on its own. It already tipped over and almost snapped the water holder. Now I have to make sure it’s holding onto something before another incident occurs. I’ve only had it for two weeks.
