Bent Mainframe and Chipped Paint
The mainframe metal came bent which did not allow for a flush snug fit of the stabilizer base. There were chips of paint in the bottom of the box when we opened it. The box itself was in good condition when it arrived. Seems the damage occurred in manufacturing. Disappointing that your quality control people chose to ship it out considering the damage. Once unboxed it is too difficult to re-box it up and ship it back. Disappointing that you sent me a damaged product. Please contact me for compensation or replacement.

It’s our 2nd Sunny spin bike. Wife and I each now one and both love it. Smooth ride, nice and quiet. Good leg room for coming up out of the saddle during hill workouts.

Great, very solid, quiet, easy to assemble. I love the adjustability of seat, handlebars. The monitor could use some backlight or other way of making the screen more visible, otherwise it works fine. I like the simple design, colors and frame. The bike came very well packaged. In overall I'm very satisfied.

I've been shopping for a stationary bike for months and I decided to get one of the expensive popular bikes. The first day I received it I knew it wasn't for me and that I made a mistake. I returned the bike and got the Evolution Pro II and have loved it from the first ride. The bike assembly was fairly simple. I ride my bike almost every day.

Love the bike, easy to assemble and has a solid frame. Only issue is the seat keeps coming loose despite tightening as hard as I can.
