Sunny Health & Fitness E3810 Circuit Zone Elliptical Machine

Was unable to assemble machine because of a defective part. Sunny sent me a replacement part, it was the same as the original part. So, was unable to to assemble and use the machine. The good part is that Sunny returned my full purchase price. A week later I purchased a different machine from Sunny because of how they handled the situation. Also the this will be the second machine I purchased from Sunny, I purchased a Row and Ride a few years ago and it is still in good shape.

The weld that connects the left foot rest and the wheel is welded wrong. So now, the wheel doesn’t stay on the track on the left side. Every time the wheel moves forward it comes off of the track, and the wheel is literally leaning to the side because of the weld. This is also the last stages of putting it together. We wasted our time assembling it because the wheel won’t stay on the track. The whole piece that connects the wheel and the footrest is made wrong. Also the holes for the screw to attach the leg to the hand bar did not line up-because of the weld. We spent over an hour trying to figure out if it was a leveling issue or we put it together wrong. It is the weld.

Over all for the money I think it’s pretty good. The reason I gave it 4 stars is that the long poles are so close together that they hit my arms when I let go to grip the heart monitor handle. I love the size it’s perfect for my apartment.

Assembly not bad. I called your helpline once The assembly manual print was too small. Quit workout, no "what is that?" noises. The foot pads could be wider.

The 3810 was difficult to assemble with too many parts. I had to contact support twice for assistance. Support was great but I'm still unhappy and have lost interest. Thinking about returning it. I'm waiting to hear back from support.

I was excited to finally start my exercise routine, you can imagine how upset I was when the machine froze up and the tensioner seized up, rending it unusable. So now I have to pay money to take it to the dump to dispose of it.

I'm not sure whether this review is positive or negative. It certainly is factual. I purchased this product through the Walmart website. In the second part of the first step in assembly, I was unable to attach the main frame to the "rail," because the holes did not line up. I called customer service at Sunny Health and Fitness. The person I spoke with seemed eager to help and asked me to send pictures of the serial number and the misaligned holes. I sent pictures and received the following reply: "Thank you for providing the requested information. I have spoken with a technician and they believe it could be mainframe damage. Unfortunately, because this is the mainframe, there is no replacement part that we as the manufacturer can send out to solve the issue. I would recommend reaching out to Walmart for an exchange of a new unit. If you do not want to ship the whole bike back, it may be possible to gently hammer it back into place with a hammer and a piece of cardboard to avoid damage. Before trying this, please reach out to Walmart first to see if they could offer a partial refund for this and to ensure that you do not violate their warranty." I went to Walmart's email confirmation of my order, clicked on "start a return," and followed the prompts. Walmart immediately agreed to refund my money and gave me a choice between shipping the product and taking it to a Walmart store. I took it to a store. No problem. Painless return.

You stress to keep the box it comes in for 30 days. The elliptical was packed great but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get the elliptical out without destroying the box. If you want people to return any damaged product in the original box, you should use a sturdier box for shipment. Kathy B

Instructions are clear and all necessary tools are included. The machine is very quiet---a very important feature to me. My workouts are as intense as I need them to be with easy adjustment of the tension. Just can't say enough good things about this elliptical.

Very difficult to set up. Very bad customer service. Last person I talked to tried to help but the first 2 couldn't help at all--just asked for photos and videos. Than sent photos and didn't hear from anyone. The lowest tension is not low enough for me, and I've used ellipticals before. I should not have bought this.

I use this elliptical trainer 45 minutes, 7 days a week and get a great full body workout. My husband likes it as well.

I am very impressed with this machine. Worth the price. Use it three to four times a week and have had no problems.
