Easy to set up, even the first time.
I have no complains about this E-Z Up. I was able to handle initial set up on my own. It took a little bit of time since I had to walk back and forth to get it walked out on my own as opposed to having two people to pull from the two different sides. Worked really well to keep my driveway shaded during a neighborhood get together. There was an odd smell to it when I first opened it up, but that went away within a few minutes of it being set up.

Amazing!
We bought the two-pole shade hoping it would be good enough for four us at the OBX. We were a little nervous whether it would suffice but I have to say this thing was amazing. Great sun protection. It wasn’t super windy but a regular sea breeze was handled with ease. Assembly and disassembly was easy and super quick - much better than a tent style beach shelter and infinitely superior to an umbrella. Lightweight to carry. Packs down to nothing too. Don’t contemplate any other shelter. THESE ROCK! I saw another review where the reviewers thought they were kings of the beach. We concur!

Easy to install
We replace our 5 year old EZ up with the Ambassador and have used it twice so far. The sturdiness and ease of use has been improved throughout. Clipping mechanisms are so much easier to use and two of us put it up easily.

Wind is no problem.
This product has transformed my relationship with the beach. It’s easy to carry and set up by myself. I have used it several times in San Diego where it’s pretty windy on the beach. I absolutely love this product. And my kids are thrilled that I actually want to go to the beach now.

Very high quality
I've had lots of different brands of shade structures. All medium grade I would estimate. I never bought the super cheap garbage ones, but not the real pricey ones either. This tent has great features and is very easy to set up. It is sturdy, but should still be staked at the legs and the ropes for longevity of the frame. I'm very pleased with it and highly recommend it!

Awesome product. We used it all week in the USVI. Had no issues setting it up at all and our neighbors on the beach were very jealous! The Tent withstood 20+ MPH winds with no issue at all. The tent material is super stretchy and the poles are ingeniously designed to fold neatly. It’s very light and easy to unpack and repack in only a couple minutes. I love this tent! It’s perfect for 2 people on the beach and it’s way better than an umbrella or traditional tent with stakes.

A good sturdy covering
We used this as a shelter for our dog to use the restroom under so he didn’t get wet . It has held up through ice and snow but we did use a broom periodically and stand underneath the tent pushing up on the canvas to make the snow and ice slide off so it wouldn’t get too heavy. We give this product an A+.

So easy to set up and use!
Saw these tents on our last trip to St. John in the USVI and was jealous of their occupants sitting comfortably in the shade, so I bought one for our recent trip. Best thing we ever did. Our first time setting it up took the longest and that was maybe four minutes. You want to really FILL the bags with sand, like as much as you can fit and then wiggle the bags around and fit even more sand in them. Then put up the poles and boom, enjoy the shade. Even on windy days it held up perfectly, while we watched other unlucky people holding onto their umbrellas to keep them from toppling and flying away. We could get three beach chairs and a cooler into the space under this.

Easy up, easy down!
They compact nicely. Would've been great to have had this when boys were running cross-country meets in high school! We use it now on our patio when shade is desired close to (but not over) the gas grill. Don't leave it up if you're expecting winds higher than 10 mph, though, unless you stake it into the ground (stakes provided) and put sand bags weights around the base of the legs.

So far so great!
I’ve taken this to the beach with my 2yo daughter. It works great. It’s quick and easy to assemble by myself (I recommend watching one of their videos showing you how to set it up). It’s perfect because it’s very compact and lightweight, so I can fit it along with all our other gear in our jogging stroller when I am taking her to the beach by myself. It stands up to light wind just fine.

Easy to set up and take down
I like that it is true 10' X 10' with straight vertical legs. Be sure to get the side wall to increase the shade as the canopy sits up high. It is tall with only two height adjustments: high and higher. The fabric is substantial and it is reinforced in the corners. I did not use it in the rain and it was not windy. We used it to have a socially distanced meal in our driveway on a very sunny day during Covid-19.

The best money spent
I bought this for a week at the beach. This was so easy to set up. I could have done it myself but my 13-year-old son and I worked together to get it set up in less than 5 minutes. It offered enough shade for 2 of us to comfortable stretch out and it stayed sturdy all day. I did readjust the front poles in the afternoon but for the comfort and the amount of shade we enjoyed the price and effort was well worth it.

Well made and easy to put up
I really like this canopy. Easy to put up, after the first time. Easy to pull handles that wont make you fearful of pinching your fingers! Wish it came with more stakes, but we just bought more. The canopy material is not exceptional but does look like it will last. Definitely waterproof. We usually get a few years out of one of these type canopies, due to the beach and sand. I am happy with this purchase!

I have two toddlers and including carrying the smaller one and all the other items for the beach I didn’t want to add more weight. This tent is so light and easy to put up. The material is quality, it’s very easy to stuff back in the bag and the poles are super light. Don’t be afraid to stretch it to it’s max. I highly recommend it because it can also be taken on vacations because it’s so light and fits in a suitcase.

Easy in every way and Dependable
I bought this canopy for my Dad's antique market- I was concerned that the wind would take it away but this EZ up stood firm. It was convenient to carry and simple to erect. My dad loves it so much he leaves it up on our deck and sits under it to watch the rain. The canopy is sturdy- no easy tears! It is the perfect size for a 6 person poker table or some lounge chairs. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to enjoy the outdoors in any weather either for business or pleasure.

Worked Great for 2-3 People
Super easy to set up, even in decent wind. Once I set it up as directed, I needed to move the poles a bit, but it was quickly stable for the day. Maybe 1-2 minutes for the entire set up the first time. It's not as big as it seems. I think a maximum of 3 people and some stuff can fit under this. Kinda wish I bought the bigger one, but this will do for now.

Very pratical - a must have on the beach!

Worked Great
Dig out the dry lose sand and put the screw stakes into the moist sand. If you don’t have moist sand to screw the stakes into, fill the bags with sand and then use the stakes in and place the sand bag on top of the stakes. It will work. I can’t wait for out next trip to the beach!
