Rollic Playroom Bundle Tent Tunnel and Ball Pit - Cream: Steel Frame & Polyester Material

I really wanted to love this. I bought it for Christmas for my 2-year-old, and it’s very pretty and not overly colorful like many others. Unfortunately, the quality isn’t great. While assembling it, a hole formed when inserting one of the supports. I’ll be returning it.

Very cute design, however, my item was defective. The ten was easy to assemble, the tunnel only requires some tying and was also easy to assemble, but the ball-pit portion had no pockets or open slits to slide the boning into. There are around 7 seams where you can tell the boning is supposed to sit, but they were all sewn completely closed. I would chalk it up to user error, but we had no less than 3 adults on Christmas morning trying to find where these steel bones were meant to enter the seams, and there was nowhere. I ended up having to snip a few threads on one side of the bottom of each seam so we could slide the boning in. Very frustrating and a waste of an hour on Christmas morning.

Heartbroken to find it was completely missing all the poles and rods- defective on Christmas Eve. Now my son won’t get his gift from Santa and there isn’t anything I can do.

Kids and pet loved playing together in this tent. Easy to put together and looks great with the colors of our home.

Awful quality! Had this assembled for maybe 5 mins and the rods already ripped the fabric on the ball pit. Wish we would have read the reviews! How sad for the price of this thing!!!

Cute color scheme and the idea of the three set is great. Unfortunately, there are sticks that are required to hold up the fort and ball pit which is extremely dangerous. The sticks around the ball pit sticks out due to the thin fabric. This is not safe for kids to play around. The sticks for the fort is set up on the interior and can easily be grabbed by the kids. Really wish this worked out!

Easy to assemble and it’s definitely a favorite for my toddler who likes to make forts. The material is lightweight and easy to clean. The only downfall is the poles holding the tent can easily move when hit a little but easy to put back in place and I wish it would have came with a round padding for inside the tent for more comfort but the plus is it is big inside to fit a toddler couch. Regardless of that my toddler is obsessed with playing in his tent and that’s all that matters.

Love the look of this playset! Unfortunately, it’s not made very well. The stitching is coming undone in several spots. And the pockets that hold the tent poles at the bottom were sewn upside down, so they aren’t really functional. And the poles for the ball pit always come out. Any time this set comes out, I spend lots of time fixing and adjusting. Kids do love it though.

I'm extremely dissapointed with this playroom bundle. After only a short time of use, the rods that are supposed to hold the ball pit together broke through the fabic seams. This isn't just a quality issue its a serious safety hazard. Multiple rods could have easily pierced my daughter within the first time use. The marterial is cheap, and the stitching clearly isn't strong enough to handle normal play. I expected something safe and sturdy for children, but this product completely failed. If you're considering this for your child, please be cautious. A toy like this should never put a child at risk. This is a critical design flaw that poses a real risk of puncture or injury. I was shocked at how easily the rods tore through the material, it is more than clear that the structure is not strong or safe. I feel as if the item should even be recalled or redesigned before someones child gets seriously injured. I've reported the issule to Target as well as Rollic. No clean aesthetic is worth the saftey of your children. Please don't purchase this item, my daughter is only 1 and is perfecting movement and balance. I couldn't imagine letting a toddler playing in something as dangerous as this item.

Total garbage with zero quality control. You can’t even properly secure the poles because the tie downs are missing and to top it off if you look at the instructions the design is completely deferent tan the product received. Don’t even wast your time.

When I got home and looked this up after buying it in-store, I was spooked by all of the reviews claiming it was impossible to set up the ball pit because the tabs were sewn down/non-existent. I 100% thought that was the case with mine, too, until I realized that there's a small gap in the stitching near the bottom outside of the tent where you're supposed to insert the pole. It's not very intuitive and hard to spot haha. The quality seems great to me otherwise!! The fabric is soft and not plastic-y like most other toys in this genre. I think my daughter will love it. Anyway- just wanted to share this tip in case anyone else was confused/spooked by the quality reviews and ball pit setup. It can be done, promise!!

Great colors but awful material. If it gets wet it will leave a stain. Tried to spot clean with water and the water left a stain spot. No way to clean without making it look worse.

It looks nice but it is an awful product. We’ve only had it set up for the morning and I’ve had to fix the tent poles 3x as they keep slipping out of the pockets. The material isn’t great for kids either. I will be returning asap.

Ball pit does not stay up. We can’t use it and it was the main reason we got it

My ball pit was missing holes to put the sticks in and I couldn’t set it up. Material is very thin and mine was shedding once opened and put together. Not the best play tent on the market and seems like it was mass produced quickly. Very disappointed.

Cute but not good quality. Very flimsy material and thin. The rods are not stable enough for it be played in. Will be returning

Poorly quality. The stitching isn’t done correctly and most of the ties for the rods are stitched on the outside. Also missing a whole piece to it as well.
