Sweet cornbread

This is a good gluten free cornbread mix. The cornbread has a good texture but is just a bit sweet for me. I grew up eating my mother's Southern cornbread which was not sweet at all so this wasn't quite to my taste. If you like sweet cornbread, then you'll love this.

Made it plant based and fantastic

We started buying the corn bread Glutten free mix after a vacation in Portland, Maine. We bought their jams here in California. We make it plant based by using flax instead of eggs and bake it in an iron skillet to get the edges crispy.
