Great bottle, but the lid doesn’t hold up.
Bought one of these in black in August. I really like how well it insulates and keeps my water cold. It even keeps ice from melting in the New Orleans heat! Sadly, the Fast Flow lid is junk!! The glue released under the seal and is now of no use. I reached out to file a warranty claim and was told that LIDS ARE NOT COVERED! The most important part of the bottle - the part where the liquid flows out - is not covered? What good is an insulated bottle if what’s inside leaks out? I assume the heat eventually won and the lid broke. Maybe simple is better.

Size and information
Totally size is not good. It don’t even fit to the cap holder of the car. Also my mistake to bought without knowing it’s only for Ice water not hot water. If return also chargw shipping fees

I bought this and the cap disconnected from the screw on cap underneath and I reached out for a refund or replacement and they said no .. shocked at how bad the service is and how bad the quality of THIS bottle is. Don’t buy

Fragile
I bought this for my daughter to go to summer camp. I liked that it did not have a straw and has a large handle. Small fall from a couple feet smushed the bottom. That caused it to be uneven and rocks and falls over frequently. Lasted one day. Was not worth it.

Within a month of owning this, the bottom of the INSIDE started to rust. Stanley informed me that surface rust isn’t covered under their warranty…does any one know what is?? Terrible customer service….spend the money and get a yeti.

my new fav water bottle
not sure what all the bad reviews re abt- but this is hands down my ultimate favorite waterbottle i've ever owned. even better than my owala. i freaking loved my owala. i'm very very picky with my water bottles and i need them to meet my exact needs. they need to be insulated, HUGE, and be easy to drink from. a straw used to be a must--- but the idea of mold and icky gunk sticking to the straw freaked me out and so i nixxed the straw.

Great except cap
Keeps ice cold for a long time, love that I could get their names on the side, and that there’s no plastic straw to lose or wash, so that’s great. I just wish the small cap on top would be attached somehow! We bought them and within a week, we’ve had to travel back to the soccer field and school pick up line to grab the little cap. If it did, I’d give this 5 stars!

My daughter absolutely loves it! It is just big enough to get her through half the day at school, with a refill at lunch. It keeps her water super cold. It is also really easy to clean.
