Many people don’t know how to use this type of juicer and therefore they get little juice from their citrus. What you need to do is place the cut, fleshy side of the lemon face down, towards the holes. Then the press goes into the rind of the fruit to push the juice out. Many people put the lemon half in the wrong direction and this results in wasted fruit. Cut side down facing the holes. Always. Done correctly you’ll get every drop of lemon juice with this tool.
