Best trampolines
This is the second Springfree we have purchased, we upgraded from a compact round to the large oval ( we have 3 kids) they are by far the best quality and safe there is hardly a day where my kids haven't been in it. Love everything about them.

Great product
Great product and worth the money I feel so far. Bonus that it's has a good warranty with it if ever needed also. Definitely need 2 people for installation and 2 hours set aside. Takes a bit of strength and also technique to get the rods into the mat. Bounce is goods and kids love it. The oval fits much better in our space than a round and provide more room for the kids to try flips etc.

1st and last trampoline we will ever buy!
Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Entire tramp took just over 2 hours to assemble, hardest part was keeping our child off it in the building process.

Easy to assemble with BILT app
The app was fantastic to follow for installation. Now it's up we want to add the sunshade so the kids are protected whilst playing

Great Trampoline, Terrible Customer Service
The trampoline is awesome and our son loves it but the customer service was so bad we probably would never buy from them again. From the time of purchase never received an order number of tracking number. Had to phone them to get any information. Said they would email me through tracking number etc. Nothing. Had to ring again. Nothing. By this point in time it was nearly 2 weeks. And the parcel had arrived. After it arrived they sent me a tracking number and order number.

Absolutely amazing for families
Our Springfree trampoline has been a great asset to our family. We have 4 young kids and it's so safe with the net around the outside. We managed to put it up ourselves as well.

Great product and easy to set-up
Very cool product and following the instructions was a breeze. It was a bit tough setting up by my myself but it's very possible. Tramp is very sturdy and the kids love it.

Hours of fun and backflip revenge
As a family we've already spent hours on the tramp having only received it a few weeks ago. I'll be honest as a parent I was secretly wanting a trampoline for myself… I've come for revenge on my childhood dream of landing a backflip. At 6"2 I wouldn't want to go much smaller than the large oval we purchased, it gives me enough room to attempt flips. There have been a couple of times I have over rotated an flip and launched myself face first into the safety net; the safety net has been incredibly reassuring and caught me fine for every bail out. On hot days we put the mister hose on with the sunshade and it's a great play area for the kids. They enjoy it and tires them out well if they are need to get some energy out. I literally cannot recommend this tramp enough. It's reassuringly safe, a great thing for parents to level up their skills, balance, and fitness. Oh and the kids love it too ;)

Great tramp - kids love it
LBH - this was a B$tch to put up. You need 2 very strong(!!!) dudes to install the rods. Apart from that the bilt app made it easy.

Fun times have landed
What can I say, the kids (5 and 8) love it and are on it before and after school. Managed to put it up on my own in a couple of hours. The only real head-scratcher was getting the net on the right way but luckily there's a very clear video to follow from the creator. Excellent investment so far.

A beautiful trampoline but...
We bought the largest version assuming that a 700kg rating would take care of all of the family but after installation I noticed the tag that suggested one user at a time and user limit of 100kg.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Our range of trampolines have a recommended Single User Weight as well as a Tested Max Weight Capacity.
All of our larger trampolines have a recommended single user weight of 100kg and a Tested Max Weight of 700kg.
At this weight the mat will only ever depress 80% of the way to the ground; this is the recommendation in line with the current Australian Standard. The Single User Weight is based on how heavy you are and how high you jump.
The Australian Standard requires a minimum clearance of 15% beneath he mat for jumper safety. This means is that someone who is the maximum safe user weight can jump 1m in the air and land on the mat and it will only depress 85% of the distance to the ground.
The trampoline can definitely be used by those over 100kgs.

Large Oval Spring Free
Love how large the tramp is, its enough room for the kids to run around on, bounce till their hearts content. They can spend hours out here.

Such a nice trampoline
Great design. So good to be able to have a different shape to a circle and to not have the mat things around the side just collecting water and grime our old trampoline.

Love the product but not as bouncy as I would like
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our friend has the smaller version. This version isn't as bouncy. Also, it's large but odd to me that the weight limit is only 260 lbs.
