For a person 110lbs or less!

the speed bag on the bottom , the spring snapped on me from hitting it kinda hard . i’m 135lbs , the speed bags could not take much before splitting in between the lace and the leather . The kickboxing portion of it is helpful a lot more. It also leaks from the bottom or maybe it’s just mine . overall rate the training equipment maybe a 6/10

It is quite large,great deal.

I use this every single night and it's by far one of the better pieces of equipment i own. It definitely needs to be secured down with weights if you can hit somewhat hard, the whole stand will move back.

Alot bigger and better quality than I expected.. The small bag is very light.. Need weights to weigh down. Son loves hitting on it! Helps me with frustration.
