Terrible service

I called about a mistake on this gift card going to the wrong email. No resolution. Gift cards should be able to be deactivated especially if they have not been used. Extremely unhappy with Target email gift cards and will never use them again.

Looks like junk mail when it arrived

Sent as a gift to someone. First, it was marked as shipped right away but wasn’t actually mailed for 5 days. Second, the tracking number was invalid, but somehow only worked in the Target app. Got a notification it was delivered so I let the person know since I wasn’t sure what kind of envelope it would be in. It arrived looking like a piece of junk mail (see pictures) even though it states that it’s “Sold and shipped by Target” which is clearly a lie as it comes from whatever Blackhawk Industries is. The only thing left to be determined is if they actual loaded the gift card correctly as the person has not tried to use it yet.
