Very Disappointed – Missing Parts and Overpriced

I purchased the SONGMICS Model #GFW909 collapsible luggage cart and was extremely disappointed upon opening the box to find two wheels missing. This made the cart completely unusable right out of the package. To make matters worse, I discovered afterward that the exact same model is being sold on Amazon for $10 less than what I paid. Between the missing parts and the price discrepancy, this has been a frustrating experience overall. I expect better quality control and transparency, especially from a brand like SONGMICS. At the very least, all components should be included in the box.
