Damaged
It was delivered damaged. The back wheel frame is bent to the side and the wheel is stuck. I was hoping to return and replace it but now it’s out of stock :( I was thinking I could use a hammer to straighten it out but I spent too much money to do something like that. It was a let down.

Recieved a used open box return wagon
Sadly the wagon may be great but we haven’t been able to use it as we could see immediately from the outside of the box (it was delivered in the product box so no hiding what it was) that it was a used return. The box was torn up with thin non-shipping clear tape wrapped around it that was barely connected enough to keep the box closed. Upon opening one side, we saw the wheels were dirty and it was clearly a returned item. It’s disingenuous to sale an open box item without advertising it as such. It’s even worse to not check and ensure the item was in unused condition before sending it to someone else.

Ubiquitous presence of MAC Sports carts at beach--this is also my new walking & shopping buddy
I loooooove the cart so much that I bought a SECOND one less than a week later, so we can keep one in the van & one in the apartment—we’re all enamored with this utilitarian thing, and for good reason. Excellent quality, attractive, almost perfect. It both pushes & pulls nimbly, feels light, and doesn’t slow my walking pace one bit. Great handling, taking turns quickly. No need to grab a shopping cart anymore—just use this one & start shopping! Multiple grab points where you need them, to lift up the cart. The only minor flaw that I can name is its inability to stand on its own, when fully closed. My workaround is to keep the cart open just enough to allow it to balance independently—not ideal, but it works for me, and isn’t a dealbreaker in the least. I couldn’t love this cart more! I didn’t even know that such a cart existed (ie, one that can be both pushed AND pulled), but my Google search led me to it. It’s designed very ergonomically, and with normal care, should last you for many years. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re familiar with this brand, you know it’s a quality product. This is the kind of item you’ll want to buy for everyone you know! 😀

The wagon is a lot heavier than I expected, but that comes with the weight capacity. This thing is great! My 3 year old fits comfortably with tons of extra space. The push bar is very sturdy. Love the additional outside pockets and basket on the push bar.

Not a mistake to buy
We got this due to a trip we were taking that required miles of walking so that my son could "hitch a ride" if needed, and boy oh boy! We got numerous compliments as well as questions as to where we got it! Our son was extremely comfortable and we were able to easily put a cooler in the wagon with him. I was concerned about there not being a cover to provide shelter from the elements, yet we used a camping chair umbrella and it worked like a charm, easily fitting then folding out of the way! It "off roads" very nicely and the push factor is a major bonus! It arrived with damage to the box yet it didn't hurt the wagon at all - plus it was inside a shipping box which gave the delivery privacy from the contents. I can see this coming in handy for years to come, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This wagon has been great! We use it multiple times per week to haul our chairs, bags, etc. from our car and through the ballpark for little league games. We’ve also used it for my dogs to ride in when they get tired. The push handle with the basket has come in very handy and is a nice feature when pushing rather than pulling is more comfortable. The handle for pulling locks in place when not being used and also has a telescoping handle for adjustment and comfort. It steers very well using either the pull handle or push feature. The wagon itself is very sturdy and seems durable. The padding in the bottom is thicker than I expected and my kids say it is comfortable to sit in. It has nice deep sides to hold everything. It has two drink pockets on the front which is very nice. We’ve used it in grass, on pavement, and even through some mulched areas with no problem. It folds very nice and flat and fits in my small car trunk with no problem. The only downside we’ve found so far is that it does not have locking brakes on the wheels to prevent it from rolling away if you’re not holding on and it will not stand upright when folded without leaning against something. These are both minimal issues when compared to the quality and performance we’ve experienced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! This is probably the BEST wagon ever!! From the durability, to the storage.. it is incredible! It maneuvers sooo well even at max capacity! It’s super versatile and required literally no assembly!! All three of my tall kiddos fit in it and their puppy and it’s still simple to pull! It pulls super easy on the beach too even with a full cart. The only “complaint” is that when it’s folded it doesn’t stand up but that’s my husbands complaint. It doesn’t bother me! Definitely a win and I would for sure buy again!

Must Have!
This wagon is literally the best. Ive had family with other types and this is by far the best quality and design. you can pull and push like a stroller. Its wheels are also very smooth and easy to control. For this price it is a steal.

Superior Wagon
I chose this wagon for its load capacity. I didn’t realize that the push feature would be a game changer. This wagon is perfect!! I love the compartments and how smooth it rolls over rocky paths. We transported heavy camping equipment, wood, and everything else we needed for a weekend of roughing it. If you’re carrying a heavy load, this is the wagon you want to have.
