I love how it looks, and the way the lid works, but the bag inside that holds the clothes lasted less than a year. So I have no way to transport the clothes to the basement to wash them.

Overpriced and not worth it.

Looks great. But the bag itself? Don’t rely on it if you have a larger load on laundry day….overpriced and underdelivered. Tried to get some type of replacement for the bag itself in the local Target store - because it was bought online it’s a perfect excuse for inferior quality apparently.

Flimsy, nothing connected

Bought this one & another that is built differently & larger. Although I know bamboo is strong, this hamper is so flimsy & doesn’t look like it would last bc of all parts being separate & nothing connected, for example the bottom, can easily come out with the laundry. Biggest minus was the inside bag that had no handles, small & cheap looking. Also there are visible gaps within the bars of bamboo. Returning.

Terrible Product

I would give this zero stars if possible. This is a terrible design for a laundry basket! Absolutely does not hold up when heavy clothes are put in it. The top and bottom do NOT stay in place at all which makes it harder to transport clothes, not easier like the description states. The liner never stays put and the snaps don’t help at all to stabilize the top which makes the hamper collapse often. No not purchase this product! Tried to request a refund and Target won’t do a refund or credit due to past 90 days despite our efforts to try and make this product work for us. Don’t waste your money because it’s way over priced and you’re better off buying a sturdy hamper from the dollar store than this junk!

Nice laundry basket

Nice laundry basket. Easy assembly, looks attractive, nice to have removable lining. My only complaint is a sort of spicy odor - noticeable if you smell it very close-up but doesn't permeate the air. The removable bag had no odor after washing. I bought the white color. I'm keeping it.

Horrible quality

Wish I could give zero stars. This arrived damaged and is such poor quality. WAY overpriced. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. The lid is supposed to zip open and closed but fhe entire piece arrived in two parts and the zipper is impossible to get on the track. Also the slats are uneven and you can see the glue and backboard of the hamper through the slits. Don’t get black. It’s not the hamper showing through, it’s the structure of the hamper.
