SOG - Powerpint Mini Mutli-Tool

Ode to my power pint! I received it right at a month ago and use it darn near everyday. I’m a general manager for a restaurant and surprisingly find myself needing a multi tool quite often. I had seen a few YouTube channels reviewing the SOG power pint over the past year, so I decided to give it a shot. For my regular multi tool was a bit too large for my daily carry. I am happy I did. I’ve even saw my wife using the scissors the other weekend while we were on a road trip. I guess I should order her one next. What do you guys think about a teal version? Keep it up you all.

I absolutely love the powerpint! I use it every day. It's perfect size and clips right in my pocket. It's very durable and seems to always come in handy. The only thing I would change about it is for it to have a bigger flat tip screwdriver.

Difficult to remove tools from handle, perfect size for EDC.

By far the best small multi tool that I have found. I've tried multiple Leatherman and Gerber models, and keep grabbing for my SOG power pint over the others. I use just about every tool that it has, and the compact size is the best feature.

Great little multitool and perfect to bring around for small unusual thing. I had my same SOG multitool since my deployment to Iraq OIF II and still going strong. I am hoping for the same with this new tool.

What a great tool. It’s so compact and light but can do so much. So far I have been carrying it everyday and I use it almost everyday. The applications for it are endless in terms of lightweight projects that come up. I am super stoked to have picked one up and will probably buy another one as a backup.

Well built and compact makes for an easy EDC. I really like the bit holder in the joint, that was a novel feature to me.

The powerpint has a decent amount of tools packed into externally accessible sides. The plier head is functional for most jobs. The scissors, as with everyone but Victorinox, are sub par and pretty much useless and get in the way of the plier head. The can opener need to be sharpened on a bench grinder before its usable. Decent tool IF you get it on SALE.

I bought this to replace an aging Crosscut and am glad to see features that come with a slightly larger tool. I like the geared opening and was pleasantly surprised to see the straight edge blade is double beveled. I was slightly disappointed that the blade is warped, though. I'm hoping I can get that replaced.

Love my Powerpint so far! It's exactly what I was looking for as a multi-tool for packing into the woods and on the job for anything that might come up. My only issue is that even though this tool handles bits, SOG doesn't offer a bit set that's packable as well. I'm going to have to purchase the set offered by a competitor.

I was expecting a lot of this tool because of all the good YouTube reviews. It just doesn't seem great. Scissors could barely cut paper. I had to file the flats and home the edge and they are still pretty bad. I should have returned it.

Great little EDC tool until I lost it while upland hunting. Size is perfect for simple chore usage around the home and field. Miss it!

Love the size & features! IMHO this is the best SOG multi-tool currently being sold.

It's the perfect size multi tool for me, fits in my pants watch pocket perfectly. Sure it's not a heavy duty multitool but it gets the small odd job done through out the day without weighing me down or taking up to much space.

This multi-tool is the perfect EDC size in my opinion. It’s fits perfectly into the change pocket on all of my pants. The simultaneous open plier function is nice, especially for on handed use. The rest of the multi-tool is very difficult/impossible to manipulate with one hand, due to the back lock design that requires the pliers to be partially opened in order to depress the lock and close the blades and tools. I know that’s a trade off with the small size, but none-the-less, I have smaller multi-tools that are less cumbersome. I would recommend the Powerpint to anyone looking for a multi-tool that is larger that a keychain, but still very compact. A future model with a primary blade that could be manipulated with on hand would be awesome.

Good little companion when you don’t intend to work with it, yet it’s always there when you need it. Be advised though. You need to sharpen it when you first get it.
