The snow blower has received mixed feedback from guests, highlighting its efficiency in light snow and ease of use, particularly for those with moderate winter conditions. Many guests appreciate its lightweight design and quick assembly, making it a convenient choice for clearing driveways and patios. Don't waste your money on this.
Only lasted two years. Same issue as many people with safety switch/starter button housing rubbing against the power cord and stopped working. I managed to take apart the housing to splice wires back together and then it only worked until I was half way through clearing the driveway when the auger stopped working. Waste of money.

Great for seniors. Big enough, easy to handle.
Excellent snowblower for modest snowfall ex. 5 inches. Plow before snow hardens for best results. I walk with a cane but this unit steadied me and I was able to use it myself!

Lasted a year, replacement parts never available
Lasted one year. Belt snapped. I have been checking the parts store and even signed up for an email alert for when a replacement belt will be available. That was in Feb 2025. It is almost September. Winter is around the corner. As another poster wrote, I have an expensive paperweight. They designed the machine that standard belts do not fit properly. If SnoJoe cannot supply the parts, they need to find a vendor who can.

Easy to set up and easy to operate. Very reasonable price. No oil to deal with, no gas smell. Light weight.

Works As Intended
I have found the Snow Thrower Model SJ627E to be an excellent value for its price, and it performs just as it is intended to. It has been effective in snow up to 7.5,” performing much better than I had expected. If you live in a place with relatively moderate winters, as I do, I think you’ll find this product quite useful. Of course it has its limitations, but what piece of equipment doesn’t?

Great Snowblower!
I bought this snowblower last year and.used it for the first time during a very heavy snowfall this week. It worked extremely well but works best in two to three inches of snow. We got a total of thirteen inches of snow so we went out three times during the snowfall to clear the driveway and sidewalk. The only complaint I have is that the large plastic wing nuts that hold the folding handles together kept loosening up so I added washers and a lock washer to each bolt.

Design Flaw.
The unit seems to be made of cheap materials. There is a design flaw, that when the chute is at a 45 degree, it shoots a stream of snow backwards where there is a gap. If the chute is pointing is pointing forward, it shoots it back to the operator. Snow Joe can you please look into this and have a retro fit kit available. Other than the 2 issues I found, the unit works great and gets the job.

Don’t buy
Don’t buy this. It works fine, until something like the pulley dies. Then there are no replacements for this part.

Don't buy .
Terrible product. Doesn't work on my gravel driveway. Doesn't work on my grass courtyard. Used it twice and I won't try to sell it because I don't want to pass it on to someone else.

Nothing more than a toy
Lightweight and difficult to maneuver. Must make multiple passes to get snow down to level you still have to shovel to remove completely. Made a mistake thinking this could actually work. 2 - 4 inches is maximum height to remove snow. If snow is any higher than that, it's an exercise in futility.

No repair parts
Don’t buy. The scrapper blade has not been available for over a year. When this breaks it shoots snow out the bottom. I have rechecked the the website every few months.

Can’t get parts
I have a sb27e snow blower. The auger broke and I can’t get a replacement. Have been on list to be contacted when in stock. It’s an item they still sell and wonder why no parts.

No Parts
many parts are plastic, and when they break there are no parts available, you then have an unusable blower

Not a heavy hitter
Good tool for dry/cold snow climates, but not up to the task for wet/heavy/slushy accumulations typical of Sierras, Arizona, Upper Mid-West and N.E.. Plastic lower handle breaks if left outside below 35 degrees and chute shaft end knob falls off easily. I bought Snow Joe for use In Arizona at 5000 ft elevation and it was fine with up to about 3-5" so long as I cleared before the snow "set"--moving to gas powered machine with more torque. Snow Joe will go to my deck.

a waist of money
The scraper blade cracked the firs time I used it. Broke off completely the second. 2 Years later and I still can't get a replacement. I now have a snow blower I can't use.
