The Maddog is best used with loads over 405 lbs. and up. If you cannot bench 400 lbs. raw, this Sling Shot will be less effective for your training. Sizing: Large - 141 lbs to 180 lbs. X-Large - 181 lbs to 220 lbs. XX-Large - 221 lbs to 300 lbs. XXX-Large - Over 300 lbs. Please Note: If you are over 6'4" or have especially big forearms, it is recommended you order one size larger.
