The necklace itself is lovely.
The necklace itself is lovely. It did come with 1 of the 3 chains kinked but I was able to almost getting it straight. My main complaint is the advertised 20” necklace is really about 17.5 with an extender attached to get to 20”. Description should be changed to describing it as an 18”. Customer service gets a 5 rating!

Beautiful necklace!
This necklace is beautiful - so simple, but eye-catching with its triple strand and simple silver bead. Unlike other pendants that slide around (and the clasp ends up in front), this necklace stays in place. I would have given this 4 stars, but I find the tiny clasp and narrow shape hard to fasten. Otherwise it is lovely and well-made.
