I’m not sure what I was expecting but it reminded me of fresh Parmigiana but with a slightly milder, nuttier flavor. The outside edge was stronger and very dry. I could have probably grated it like Parm but the middle cheese was softer and went well on the burger I put it on. I think this cheese would be amazing on pasta and It was a good buy. Perfect wedge of parmesan
This is a great wedge of parmesan, both in price and flavor. I’ve been buying a lot of parmesan this year and so many of the other brands in the under $20 category lack flavor. My only negative comment is that my closest store doesn’t sell this product anymore and I wish they would.

Good and Gather Gouda cheese

Small in size. Delicious in taste

The cheese slices easily and isn’t as firm as I expected. I put it in a regular saltine and it was amazing. Worth the buy I received an incentive to write this review.

5.3oz Gouda cheese piece with rind

Slightly disappointed on the size of the item vs the actual picture so hopefully my pics justify that. As you see the rind is dried out more than most cheeses I buy but perhaps just a little old.
