Pieces came broken

I purchased this dresser and didn’t realize until it was fully assembled that several pieces were damaged. Corners were chipped, the structure was wobbly, and it required extra reinforcement just to stand straight. I reached out to Target support, but since it was from a Target Plus partner (Furniture Express), I was told no partial refund or real help could be offered. Returning it wasn’t feasible — the box was destroyed during unboxing and the piece was fully assembled. I spent time explaining the situation and providing photos, but was only offered a small gift card and told there were "no further options." If you’re thinking about purchasing large furniture from Target Plus sellers, be cautious. If something arrives damaged, you’re on your own.

Cheaply made, drawer broke after a few uses. Would not recommend for kids room.

It's tiny. Much smaller than expected. We should have paid better attention to the measurements. It's fine though, definitely feels kind of cheap because it was.

This is a very cute dresser but not very sturdy. The bottom of the drawers are literally like cardboard. It would be great for a baby/toddler or very young child whose cloths are very light. I have a feeling it won’t last long.

Pieces did not go in together to make everything lined up. It was for my two year olds room but if this were for any other room in the house I would not be happy with drawers that didn’t line up.

The purpose of this piece of furniture is sufficient.

It is lower in height than I like but that was my fault I should have ordered the 8 drawer dresser.

I love my dresser but the top came in chipped and the corners are lifted. I emailed you guys but haven’t got anything back.

CHEAP particle board material! I must say that I was highly disappointed with this set! I originally purchased the bedroom set for my 12 year old son but after assembling it, I quickly realized it looked as though it should be in a toddlers bedroom. The dresser and nightstand were SUPER small and cheap feeling. The platform bed was okay but the other items were less than appealing to thee eye. Definitely not an item I see lasting long. Tip: read the dimensions before you purchase. If your looking to pur have for a preteen/teen...look else where!

Overall good quality, but the bottom drawer has some issues upon closing. Once closed, the bottom piece gets stuck and it doesn’t open properly. I have to manually adjust the bottom section as it slides off.

Not happy with short dresser. Should have paid more attention to measurements but I just don’t understand the purpose of a “low profile” dresser.

It’s beautiful but was defective, so called and I am waiting on a replacement. I wish I knew that it’s a short dresser. If it wasn’t so heavy I would return it but that’s not in the cards. Any ideas on how we can raise it up? Thank you for listening.

It's a very nice dresser and especially like the way the drawers come in and out very smooth well made.

Wouldn’t know how I like it. The top was broke when I got it and am trying to get it replaced but I keep getting told something different. I finally got a tracking number but it said it is not valid.
