Disappointed with Product Quality and Support
Very disappointed! I ordered one Delta drawer and one Delta Spencer, and both showed up in horrible shape — boxes ripped and damaged. Tried returning them, but since they’re heavy, I asked for pickup. It’s been a week and still no help from Target’s customer service. Don’t waste your time or money — go somewhere with better quality and service!

We really loved this crib at my parents house, so we bought it for ours too. Unfortunately when assembling, the wood completely split in two. So disappointed because we spent hours building it just to have to disassemble and pack up again. It's very beautiful and heavy. Maybe we just got the lemon.

The crib is beautiful but please keep in mind, the wood is extremely soft and damages WAY TOO EASILY. When we went to lower the mattress, it was alllll scratched and the color was coming off the rods. Super disappointing.

Beautiful crib- horrible building it
The crib itself is absolutely stunning! Putting it together with the directions are a pain. It took two of us more than 4 hours because the picture directions are so unclear. Once it was finally done we are so happy with it!! Side note- I know why another person had trouble with the screws, if you’re not VERY careful it can seem like the screws don’t align, we had to go out of order in the directions to get the screws aligned.

It smells!
This crib smelled so badly of wood stain chemicals. We aired it out for 3 days, and I wiped it down per the manufacturer's instructions. It still smelled. When I was around the crib, I got light-headed from the fumes. There was no way I was going to have my baby sleep in this crib. We returned it. I've never had a piece of furniture I purchased smell that strongly. I will never buy anything from Delta again. On the plus side, Target made the return very easy.

Toddler rail is always out of stock
Sturdy crib that looks nice. I’m disappointed it doesn’t include the the toddler rail for the teak brown because that specific toddler rail has been out of stock for nearly 6 months. I ended up buying a white one and making it two toned but I would have preferred to have all of the matching pieces.

Horrible smell
I bought this bed for my 3 month old who has outgrown his bedside bassinet. My husband and I assembled this bed in about 2 hours. The instructions were very vague and not the best, in my opinion. There is an awful smell to the bed - almost like a paint/stain smell. I have not put my baby in the crib (or room) yet because the smell is so strong! I’m hoping that the smell goes away so I don’t have to go through the hassle of returning it. We are going on 3 days of trying to remove the smell so I wouldn’t plan on using this crib the same day you assemble it.

Description says it is green guard gold certified but it has a terrible chemical smell and clearly off gassing VOCs. I won’t let my child sleep in this toxic crib.
