Absolute Heaven for my eyes!
I love all Shiseido products, the serum, the face moisturizing cream and now the smoothing eye cream. It's so creamy and luxurious and does wonders for this 55-year-old skin. I'm completely hooked. Honestly, I look forward to applying this eye cream every day before my makeup. I highly recommend.

No Real Difference
Got this eye cream in a kit with the face cream (which I actually like very much). The eye cream quite frankly is a basic eye cream and a bit pricey. It was kinda greasy on my 59yoa eye area, and did not help my concealer wear better, which I had anticipated. It's not a terrible product, I just found it to not really be special nor worth the expense.

My favorite eye cream
I love eye creams, and I've tried almost every one you can think of from budget to prestige. Shiseido is the GOAT of eye creams. I hate to say it because I am a firm believer in buy budget unless it's worth your coin. This is. It's worth every penny.

I would not buy this product again
It was excellent when I first bought it years ago, but the one I bought a few months ago wasn't hydrating and didn't make any difference to lines. I can't even return it. More than half jar still sitting in my closet. Waste of money.

Disappointed After Years of Loving This Eye Cream
I've been using this eye cream for a long time and absolutely loved it — it used to be my go-to product. It kept my eye area hydrated, smooth, and never caused any irritation. Unfortunately, the most recent jar I purchased was completely different. After just a few uses, my eye area became itchy, dry, and red — something I've never experienced with this product before. I'm so disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite skincare staples. I don't know if the formula has changed or if there was an issue with this batch, but I can no longer use it. Sadly, I'll have to look for a replacement.

New formula nothing like the old formula
Used the old formula for years and it was the only thing that helped my dry undereye area. New formula is nothing like it and should be marketed as an entirely different product. Very disappointed.

Way to greasy. Never had a problem with your products before. Used to use white Lucent anti dark circle eye cream. It was discontinued. So disappointing
