Feels great on but terrible results. I used and when I put on they did make me feel more awake. After I took them off I was very disappointed. It says results after 15 min but all it did was make the bags under my eyes worse. Don't waste your money!

Be careful if you have allergies or sensitive skin
So I got a single use pack in one of my Ulta beauty find boxes and was hoping I'd love it. At first I was like they are large and cover a good area, the serum felt cool and once gently rubbed they stay in place. It says to leave up to 15 mins, after a few minutes I started to itch but didn't think much of it. I left them on for about 10 minutes maybe a bit longer. When I took them off I proceed to follow the instructions and gently pat in rest of serum. That's when I noticed bulging areas near the bottom outer corner of my eye (swelling). I immediately rinsed it off and dried the area but now I have two swollen areas under my eyes and my crows feet are still there. I've used other eye masks and never had that happen before. I'm glad I didn't purchase them at full price. And there was no warning for the retinol on the package. If you are sensitive to certain strong chemicals or have sensitive skin in general, I do not recommend trying this product. If you do and it starts to itch, take it off immediately and rinse. I'm hoping the swelling goes down by the morning.

Very Nice
I am a longtime fan of Shiseido, their sunscreen is unmatched. I recently have been on a journey to find the best products for the pigmentation issues under my eyes. They are mostly genetic as a I have deep eye sockets (thanks dad) but this product has done more than anything to help improve the appearance under my eyes. I used these ONCE and saw improvement right away. I now truthfully feel comfortable without concealer. For all my peeps between 18-35, I would recommend only using these once a week not twice. Also if you don't or haven't used retinol, proceed with caution!!

I am an avid user of under eye masks and this one is fantastic. It uses a paper patch versus gel so it stays put. I throw these on in the morning while I'm drinking my coffee and 15 minutes later my under eyes are smooth and hydrated. Highly recommended!

I've tried dozens of under eye patches and these are 1 of my favorites for smoothing wrinkles, moisturizing, and reducing puffiness. Although they're expensive, totally worth it. I alternate between Estée Lauder and Skyn Iceland patches.

Finally, eye patches that actually smooth, hydrate, depuff, and create radiance immediately after use. I've tried at least 15+ different brands with mixed results. The Shiseido patches deliver consistent results that increase the health of skin with each use. I'm in my late 40s with fine lines, wrinkles, loss of elasticity, and under eye puffiness. After 1 use, I saw instant results. After 3 uses, my under eye area has improved dramatically. Don't let the price deter you from trying these, they are a permanent addition to my skincare regimen.

There are only 3 sets in a box for $17 I believe, so unless you have an unlimited source of income it would make more sense to either buy the Shisedo Eye Cream or get some Korean eye masks from some off brand as these don't do anything immediately and are too expensive to use long term.

Noticeable improvement
I bought these hoping that I could find a lightweight version of eye masks. I have yet to find a gel eye mask that doesn't slip around with all the goop that's on them. This paper sheet style was definitely an improvement and I loved the lightweight feel and the fact that I could barely notice that they were on my face. I was not happy that they seem to dry out within 10 to 15 minutes. I know the package says to wear for 15 minutes, but I tend to wear mine for an hour or more. So, maybe the problem is on me. It's not a long-term wear, for sure. And it's not like it's just dry. It literally starts to lift and fall off your face. You couldn't wear them longer even if you wanted too. This was the first eye mask that I could see a marked and noticeable improvement right after taking them off.The last patches that did that for me where the pixie brand before they were reformulated. My eyes look and feels so soft after they come off. So if you need a short term patch these are wonderful but they are not for long wear.

I would buy this product over and over
I am probably on my third box of these Shiseido Eye Masks. I love the antiaging properties and the fact that these do not slide down your face like the gel-based ones. I have the Peter Thomas Roth and they just end up halfway down my cheeks during treatment. My eyes are so line free, moisturized, soothed, and de-puffed after using. They take 10 years off of my eye age! I always look like I've gotten the best sleep of my life. Sometimes I even use the extra serum in the pouch and smooth onto my forehead lines and laugh lines. It is like a magic age eraser. I have somewhat sensitive skin and I've never had this break me out yet. Because it de-puffs it definitely makes my dark circles less prominent. I am in love with these and I will never use another eye treatment patch. I will add this, I think that this will work on somebody who is showing age around their eyes better than somebody who is not, like a younger person in their 30s and 20s.
