First time trying these and they exceeded my expectations. I especially enjoyed the blue raspberry flavor the most (not the biggest fan of the peach flavor). I also made sure to check the label before eating them to avoid getting too much fiber, since I already eat a fairly fiber-rich diet. I noticed some reviews mention stomach discomfort or too much fiber, but that’s probably more about not accounting for total daily fiber intake rather than the gummies themselves. When I eat them I try to eat half the serving size so that it doesn’t affect me strongly and I ALWAYS drink lots of water. Eating too much fiber at once and not drinking enough water can lead to several issues.

These gummies are great - I love that they contain 26 g of fiber. After eating just a handful, I felt so full that I wasn’t hungry again until the end of the day. I’m not a big fan of the sour taste, but it’s not a dealbreaker, and I’d still buy them again. I didn’t experience any bloating or diarrhea, which is a big plus since I have a sensitive stomach, so I’m glad they worked well for me.

Definitely Falsely Advertised and Not What is seems to be
I really wanted to like these but I endured tortured immediately after consuming these. If you want to bloat, pass gas for DAYS, have severe stomach discomfort, and experience diarrhea — definitely give these a try. It’ll clean you out have you physically weak. I agreed with other customers who firmly believe this product needs to be taken off the shelves and rebranded as a SUPPLEMENT/LAXATIVE. This is ridiculous and downright dangerous. Shameless… you ought to be ashamed of yourselves!!!

okay i started off eating these very moderately and didn’t have any issues, today i had a bit more than i usually would and have been in the bathroom for the past 2 hours… be careful!!! they’re a great alternative if you’re watching your sugar/calories and love gummy snacks but PLEASE learn from my experience and eat like no more than 5 in one sitting

Do not purchase these. There is TOO MUCH dietary fiber in these. I regularly meet or exceed my daily fiber intake, so I thought I could handle half the serving size with no problem - nope. These will destroy your stomach. They taste good, which is great, but ultimately it is not worth it. I recommend Joyride or SmartSweets.

I was excited to try it as the flavors on the variety pack looked good. They are hard and taste disgusting I couldn't even finish the bag. I was better off getting sour patches. It's not worth the price for these and I wouldn't even buy them if they are on sale. WARNING don't eat a lot in one setting like I did I keep going to the bathroom.
