The strap fits very close to the joint and is comfortable to wear. Some complaints about the bulkiness of the product.

Flat Side Preferred for Sensitive Users
I purchased two of these after watching the video where it explained about the ridge on one side of the gel. But it turned out the ridge side is too intense for me so I only use the flat side. This is why I gave four stars so people would read this about the ridge. Otherwise I am happy.

Effective Relief for Epicondylitis Pain
This is the only product that has helped me after fighting epicondylitis for 8 months. After wearing the elbow brace for a few weeks, there is notably less pain on my inner elbow. Hopefully, the healing process for the affected tendons can now begin.

Healing Tendonitis with Serola Gel Arc
I purchased the Serola Gel Arc elbow brace a few weeks ago, after having worn a different style of tendinitis support for nearly a year, and in just those few weeks of wearing the Serola brace, i can already feel a difference that it is allowing the irritated tendon to heal and repair. I'm looking forward to no elbow pain for the upcoming golf season! I would strongly recommend trying this Gel Arch brace and i would order another if and when needed.

Great Product but Gel Melts in Heat
This is an awesome product….really works…however, the gel starts to melt/get soft in warm weather….and the gel falls out of the pocket when not in use….I took it off after a round of golf and when I was going to use it again the gel was gone….I wonder if we can order just the gel ?????
