Disappointing Cooling Performance
The set up was a bit difficult. I had to cut the assembly to fit it my window. I called customer service, they were no help at all. I could barely understand the person and the y had no knowledge of the unit. When I turned it on I expected a nice cold blast at 60 degrees. It felt like 70 degrees. Its taking my 150 sf room awhile to cool off.

Works Well, Some Setup Challenges
Received the product in good condition. Took a little modification mounting the exhaust tube in the portable shed window. Instructions were somewhat vague, but a couple of you tube videos helped. Works well so far. I contacted customer service as the water container needs to be emptied every other day. Not sure if this is normal. Waiting for an answer from customer service.
