Love Shark, but not this vac
I’m an avid Shark user (steam mop, robot vac, robot mop, upright vac) but this vac needs to be discontinued. It only works for about 5 seconds and the suction for that 5 seconds is mediocre at best.

IT LET ME DOWN
I bought three of the older models and biassed upon their great performance I purchased three of the this model. The older three are working perfectly but the three newer ones are a huge disappointment. They started the make extremely loud noises and would stop working after about two minutes. after waiting 2 minute it would work and then again they will stop working. Now one has stopped working all together but makes a slight whining noise. They are useless. I empty and clean them after each use. It seems that the older products works better that the newer ones. I would not recommend these vacuums to anyone.

A very bad product from a good company.
This is horrible!!!!! I kept it past the deadline to return and am so sorry. The suction if poor and it doesn't hold much. The dust bin is small and hard to clean. I would not suggest buying it at all. I have many Shark products that I like, but not this. Truly a waste of money.

Terrible Battery
I got this from my wedding registry and am disappointed. The suction is great, but it’s so finicky. It’ll be fully charged, but die in less than a minute. I’m not sure if it’s a battery issue specifically or something else. It would be a fantastic device if it would just *stay on* instead of immediately dying. I’ve had this for months as well and have waited until I’ve given it good use to write a review.

Disappointed
I have been using for about 4 months and loved it. Then is just dies. Won't charge, followed all the instructions and nothing. So disappointed. I have a Shark vacuum and have had it for years with no problems.

need directions/manuals
the product works well , however I made the mistake of removing the filter to clean. I cannot replace the filter. For some reason Shark does not have directions available, This makes the product completely useless

Can’t open filter compartment
I bought this a couple of years ago. It does well sucking up cat litter and around the pet food dishes. My complaint is the filter compartment is so hard to open. I can’t even pry it open. And you need to get in there to clean the filter. My husband can’t open it either.

The quietness and the price.
The perfect vac for cleaning up messes in house or car. It’s light weight and the suction is unbeatable. It’s very quiet and durable. The battery life on it is great I charge mine like once a week and I use it almost everyday. I even bought my 4 daughters one.

Big Yikes
Started great, now it won't stay on longer than a second. Tried changing filters, tried changing batteries, tried various positions and ports for the dock. Cleaning tools are NOT allowed to be this useless in the household, and I won't keep anything that shuts off by itself mid use.

Not a fan.
I was expecting better out of this little vacuum. I have been a Shark owner for 20 years. I wouldn't own any other vacuum. That's why I purchased this. It doesn't hold a charge, and suction isn't what I'm used to with my other Sharks. Wouldn't purchase again.
