Read Me First:
1. Please update the Sense-U Baby app, the Baby Monitor firmware, the Base Station firmware to the latest versions, for the best connection performance and experience.
2. 2.4GHz private WiFi network is required. Hotspot WiFi and 5G WiFi networks are not supported.
3. If your WiFi password has more than 31 characters or special characters such as the equals sign, please kindly change it to a password less than 31 characters.
4. Please keep your Baby Monitor, smartphone and Wi-Fi router as close as possible during pairing. If the connection fails, please reset the base station first before trying again.
5. Both the Baby Monitor 3 and the video monitor are compatible with 2.4GHz private Wi-Fi networks. The Baby Monitor can support up to 5 units simultaneously, while the Video monitor does not have any limitations. However, please note that the performance may be affected by the capabilities of your Wi-Fi router.
