This is the brand to buy for Sea buckhorn. It's C02 extracted, organic, and kosher. A wonderful omega 7 with some 3,6 and 9 as well. A great compliment to my daily regimen. I pair this with Chia oil with omega 3,6,and 9. I use it for heart health. I recommend it. It's a little pricey but sometimes Swanson has a deal on it. Your health is worth it.

Easy to take. Feel better after taking for a month.

Started using almost 2 months ago: 2 capsules in morning, 2 before bed. Within 4 days I noticed my skin feeling smoother and "plumper" on face (which we women often scrutinize in the mirror) and even more radiant looking. Had originally bought to see if it helped with, ahem, "feminine internal tissues". Haven't tested that yet, but daily elimination seems to feel smoother (less friction), even if that was never a problem. Plan to keep using these capsules, which contain oil from BOTH the seed and flesh of the berry. (Not all do.) Even my feet and legs look more youthful because no more dry flaky skin in those areas. Amazing! Have recommended to anyone who'll listen. 5 starts for the product itself, but it's the most pricey supplement I take. Swanson had a sale recently and I stocked up. Sea buckthorn has several health benefits starting with Omega7. I wanted some "7" along with the other nutrients.

This brand is the best in my experience. Yes it s a bit expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. Quality product.

This is my 2nd bottle of Sea Buckthorn Omega 7 & I haven't noticed a difference yet. I'll see what happens when the bottle is empty.

Ever since Dr Oz suggested sea buckthorn may be helpful for the elimination process, I have used it, with success. It certainly helps get 'things' moving. I like the large quantity in one bottle, too. I hate it when I buy bottles of supplements and find it 25% full!
