scruffy and cute!
My 6 year old daughter received this as a Christmas present. She wants to be a vet when she grows up and she loves taking care of animals. Washing the pet was the best part. You do have to put it in the washer on the spin cycle and we also did a low heat tumble dry before we used the blow dryer on it. She loves her pint kitty and named her Rose.

Takes alot of time to clean and dry with adult supervision. Maybe ok if your kid is very focused. Fur is not as fluffy as the images and I suspect the images were enhanced. Retailers need to do more to ensure images of products are accurate.

My 6 year okd was so excited!
It’s a cute fun toy and my 6 year old really enjoyed the process to see which animal she got. Like any mystery toy you never know which one you’ll get and any review criticizing the process to see what it was is ridiculous because it literally says in the box and in the videos what you have to do (wash it to reveal the animal). We thought it was fun.

Sadly didn't read the reviews before ordering. This toy is not worth the $17.50 sale price, and sadly I ordered 3. Got two of the same, let kids have all 3 at once, and once we saw that it's smaller than expected and sheds, it was probably too late to return. Well, started the returns process, got the return label, but read that refund might not be issued if items aren't in original packaging. Well after having to completely unbox and wash them and all just to see what they actually look like, they definitely aren't in original shape. One of few purchase mistakes I've made, and definitely regret this one.

I Don't Even Know...
These are AWFUL. My daughters were so excited. The pets on the packaging looked so cute. They had fun washing them, we did have to put them in the washing machine on a spin cycle because they were SOAKING WET. Once dry, we realized these were horrifying creatures that may cause nightmares. Purchase if you love cheap stuffed animals, with eyes like Sid the Sloth.
