A: What’s worked best for us is a quick rinse with cool water and a tiny bit of mild soap, then patting it dry with a towel. Avoid soaking it or using hot water, that can weaken the material over time. If it ever starts feeling tacky afterward, just let it air-dry for a bit and it settles back to normal.

A: Hi Rebekah! To remove pencil marks from your NeeDoh Nice Berg, gently wipe the surface with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and a small drop of mild dish soap. Lightly rub the area and then wipe clean with a damp cloth. Let it air dry completely before using again. Avoid using alcohol, harsh cleaners, or scrubbing pads, as those can damage the surface.
