Samsung 27" Odyssey OLED G6 G60SD QHD FreeSync Premium Pro Gaming Monitor

Absolutely abysmal support for this failure of a product. Had a stuck pixel within months of ownership and after about a year of use, the knob that controls the entire monitor broke off into pieces. Wish I had known about these issues before I decided to purchase. I will never purchase another monitor from Samsung again. Extremely disappointing given the confidence I had in this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it for school work and gaming, I did not notice very much going from 240hz to 360hz, but what I did notice is the response time is way faster, and motion in games if they run at 360fps, looks life like, its insane. Also just a warning there is this fringe that is noticeable due to the technology of the led placement compared to traditional monitors, but you get used to it in no time and the benefits of OLED make up for it. Colors are phenomenal, and blacks are amazing.

Monitor get faulty after 1 year samusung you are the worst to claim warranty they try avoid giving to repair no contact after 2 weeks the promissed someone will contact me in 3 working days, dont buy it this monitor!I can see white lines filckering randomly on my screen i send them video they dont care probably will need to court with them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This monitor the first oled monitor i bought and im really happy with it! I mainly use it for gaming and school, sometimes for work, and it i didnt really find any kind of big issues i can talk about, i really like the build quality, the monitor stand made out of metal feels really premium and firm but there are some things I want to say about it. My main complaint is the possible settings for it, in my opinion are not super stretchy, meaning that i cant just make the monitor much brighter or much dimmer if i wanted to, maybe i just dont know how to do it but i think i have tried everything now. I think its would have been really cool if it had some sort of "night vision" as some other monitors, but its not really a valid issue that needs to be fixed.

I purchased this monitor from a local computer store and was overall happy with its performance. The anti-glare coating is personal taste but for me, it helped with the glare from the window. This all went south, however when the stupid little joystick on the back of the monitor broke after just a couple months of use. Now as others have said, I didn't treat the thing roughly, I just used it every night to turn the monitor off. I was annoyed but figured I'd just have to live without the monitor for a couple weeks while it was repaired under warranty. To my shock, no, this is considered physical damage and not covered under warranty! So I'm leaving this review here (already left one on the store's website) to warn potential buyers and to amplify the other reviews I see. This is a real problem and there is no solution so buyer beware!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use for gaming, had an LG OLED that shutoff completely during bright HDR scenes due to underspecd power supply. No such issues with this monitor. QD OLED is the way to go! viewing angles are great, the refresh rate is fantastic and painless to enable on both HDMI and DP. Colors are fantastic once settings are dialed in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Play games and watch TV almost every day. I noticed a big difference in quality from my fist monitor to this one, with the resolution being a whole lot better and able to get a good refrash rate.

I had a G7 Qled from years back and it’s dying the sad death many of them have over the years. I purchased this, and it’s honestly fantastic. I feel as though the G7 handled sharpness of text and lines better, but the richness of color and extreme contrast make this the best display in my house. Fireworks almost feel real in HDR, neon colors seem to burst from the screen. If you were looking for a reason to buy it, this is it.

Blacks are perfect and the contrast and colors are top of the line. If you're considering this monitor, stop thinking and just get it. Even has a "virtual aimpoint" that puts a static cross hair on your screen. Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this monitor for about 4 months now, it doesn't have crazy glare like some other oleds I've used in bright rooms, and the eyestrain is minimal, I use it primarily for league of legends and other esports titles, the 240hz refresh rate is clean and clear for my gaming, paired with 1440p it's almost unbeatable for the money.

And it always stays connected to internet theres never buffering or lose of internet on it.

What an upgrade over my previous monitor! This beast of a screen looks amazing in everything from heavily modded Skyrim to Cyberpunk 2077 with all the HDR options enabled. It even works with GSync, a feature neither advertised nor confirmed by Nvidia but nonetheless true. The only downside is one dead pixel off towards the corner of the screen, something I didn't even notice until after a few hours of use and doesn't bother me enough to get support involved - but that's nowhere near enough to dock off a star from my rating. I'm going to be using this screen for as long as it'll work for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Odyssey OLED G6 for about 5 months now and I’m really impressed with it. The OLED panel is stunning — colors are super vibrant, blacks are deep, and everything just looks sharp and clear whether I’m gaming, watching movies, or just browsing. The 360Hz refresh rate is another highlight. It makes everything feel extra smooth and fluid, which really adds to the overall experience. I also really like the design. The metal build feels solid and premium, and the lighting on the back adds a nice glow without being over the top. It looks great on my desk and ties my whole setup together. After 5 months, I can easily say this is one of the best monitors I’ve owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great for gaming, very minimal blur as expected of a high refresh rate OLED. About 6 months in with daily use and no sign of burn in. Colors are also solid, just remember to calibrate HDR. Can have some flickers, even with AMD free sync premium pro enabled on an RX 6800 though. Pixel shift is also poorly calibrated, with some programs shifting so far off to one side that you can't even see the X button to close the application sometimes. Most game UI's are fine though. Overall good though, it's one of the best prices you'll find for a monitor with these specs, especially if you can get the monitor on sale and/or with a free item. The downsides really aren't that noticable if you're gaming either.

Would be the best 1440p qd OLED on the monitor if it weren't for the horrible firmware and lack of true HDMI 2.1 bandwidth. I decided to keep it because other monitors have drawbacks too, but I am left disappointed and will probably not get another Samsung monitor because they don't seem to care about this issue.
