Find a different one, I wish I would have chosen a different carseat for my child. The seatbelt is nice but it is awkward, my child hates sitting in it.

Good seat, but unacceptable packaging and fulfillment issues
I like this car seat overall—the price point is reasonable, and it’s comfortable for my grandson. This is why we decided to order a second car seat for another vehicle. However, I was very disappointed to see how badly the box had been damaged during shipping. We knew from the first car seat we ordered how it would be packaged-without any protective packing material at all—just the car seat placed directly in the box. For a safety item like a car seat, this is concerning, but even more so when the box looks like it fell out of the truck trying to get here. Even more troubling, the car seat I received was clearly used. There were stains on the fabric, crumbs present, and dried milk residue on the chest clip. A used car seat should never be sent to a customer, as its safety history is unknown. Target did process my return, but this experience raises serious concerns about quality control and fulfillment. The product itself seems good, but shipping practices and the fact that a used seat was sent are why I can only give this three stars.

Used, damaged and wrong carseat delivered as brand new item.
Wrong car seat was delivered in box. The car seat was damaged, and missing both cup holders, the head rest was SNAPPED in half, the straps were tangled and the seat was covered in stains, animal hair and food. It even had a half eaten sucker stuck to it. The bottom of the box was filled with garbage. This car seat was VERY used and damaged. It was not even the same model that I ordered or what the box said it was. I’m not sure how something like this happened, but I did contact Target corporate to have them further investigate. Selling a used car seat is extremely dangerous and negligent. Especially if this seat has been in a car accident.

Did not find this easy to install as some other seats. It’s also a tight fit in a smaller car. Will be returning it as there are better options for slightly more money. Bought this for use at the grandparent’s but the difficult installation is not conducive to taking it in and out of the car.

It is incredibly cheap in term of quality. Not super stable when installed in the car (it tends to move a little too much left and right). It is also difficult to put at the right incline as the only way to do so is by adjusting the front seat position. I would not recommend buying this product. Spend some more money and get a better one with decent quality.

We have been through 4 car seats and this one installs into the Jeep the best!! Jeeps are the worst cars to install car seats into in my experience and unfortunately we own one. We got this as an upgrade to the Jive model as my research suggested this was the updated version. The jive is great for travel, but this one installs even easier and has all the extra features that one is missing.
