Steamer doesnt run as long as its supposed to

Cheap product

The product barely works. I bought one, and the steamer function worked but the plastic top got cracked within the first week of use. Thankfully, Saalt sent a replacement, but with the replacement, the steamer function doesn't work. I've managed to salvage this by pairing the original steamer with the new plastic lid, but still. I'll give 2 stars but only because the company will send a replacement. The product itself isn't very reliable.

Game changer!

Broke after 2 uses

I used it twice and it was amazing. Saved so much time when cleaning the products. I like that its small and can be easily stored away. However, it broke after 2 uses. I'm working on getting a replacement now. That was a bummer!
