Saalt Menstrual Cup - Himalayan Pink - Small

Im a former cup user, but fell back into using tampons. And now I cant remember why I went back. I love the convenience, durability, and sustainability of my Saalt cup. If you're in doubt, just do it. Give it a couple times chance because once you get it down, you'll love it too.

This was thing is awesome. I was nervous to try again - I tried the diva cup years ago. I could feel it and it leaked on me a few times. Not with this cup. I suggest following the directions, even if you think you know. Also using a finger to feel around the cup ensures that it’s open and placed correctly - no leaks!!

There are cups better than this one. The material is too thick for my comfort, making it hard to use.

I’m making the transition back from disposable products and I have not been disappointed! Convenient and easy to use. I love it.

This smaller alternative has been great when I am not having as heavy of a period.

Had pretty much the worst day of my life because this kept leaking. This is the 3rd saalt cup I’ve owned, so not sure why this one wasn’t working right, but it’s been terrible.

It was super good and cleaned super well I would 100% record it to others and tell them to buy it! The sent is amazing and the bottle is super easy to store under cabinets or in draws. Cleans the cup or disc super fast with very minimal effort!

At first it was difficult to get in and I’m still figuring out how to get it out comfortably, but it was so nice to not have to worry about it once it was in. Usually every few hours I’d be changing a tampon but now I don’t have to worry about it all day. Love!

I’ve used a different brand of cup in the past but wanted to try a new one. I couldn’t tell if this was opening properly in me and it was incredibly difficult to remove. I tried twice and the 2nd time took 20+ minutes. I’ll never use it again.

Not at all what promised. Leakage same as other brands. Will go back to the old one that actually worked.

I had significant leaking while being active in this cup, particularly running and minor leaking while at work (nurse). I have a high, anterior facing cervix with a larger fornix. 40, no kids, no bladder issues. The cup is a good balance of strength and flexibility. The long pull tab is great. I have enjoyed wearing the cup overnight.

I’ve been using saalt cups for about 5 years now and I will never go back. Having a period isn’t so inconvenient anymore! I never have to spend money on period products (the only reasons I’ve replaced my cup is I lost the first one and my period started being heavier while on my second, so I decided to try out the bigger size) So far the bigger size is working well for me!

attended a wedding the other day and brought my cup with me, knowing my period was due soon, but I didn’t expect it to start that day. During the car ride, I had bad cramps but no blood, and I started seriously regretting only bringing my cup and not packing any tampons just in case. As soon as I got to the venue, I headed straight to the bathroom, and of course, like clockwork, my period started. I started panicking a bit since it was my first time using the cup on my actual period, and I wasn’t fully confident it would protect me from leaks or that I’d insert it correctly, even though I’d done a practice run a week or two earlier. On my first attempt, it didn’t pop open properly, so I took it out, rinsed it with water from my bottle, and cleaned my hands. For my second try, I used the punch-down fold instead of the C-fold and I felt that pop. I rotated it to check, and it felt firm and resisted when I tugged slightly, so I knew it was sealed. Still, I was nervous. I sat back down with my parents, absolutely terrified it would leak through during the wedding. But 4 hours later, after dancing, eating, and socializing, I did a bathroom check and… no leaks! When I took it out, there was still plenty of room left. Honestly, the Salt Cup saved me. First time using it during a real period, and it came through 100%. :ribbon:

I kept thinking I've been using tampons and pads for 15 years now, why bother switching? I finally decided it was worth a try when I realized returns were easy. I didn't have to worry about that though because I was instantly impressed! I wish I would have listened sooner. Stress and worry free approach to handling my periods. I'm so happy I made the switch!

They emailed me back and forth asking for photos and all sorts of questions answered before agreeing to a replacement. They want to send the replacement UNPACKAGED AND UNSEALED in the cloth storage bag only because "most people throw away the package"?! This is absolutely disgusting. The product should be brand new and sealed. I'm absolutely disgusted with this company and was willing to try again but now I will be warning everyone to stay far away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried cups about 15 years ago and didn’t have any luck. I assumed it was because of my retroverted uterus. I decided to give it a try again because the tampons I liked were getting harder to find. I received the saalt cup and it was much smaller than the one size fits all cup from 15 years ago. I’m a convert! It was easy peasy and I suspect my failure before was due to using the wrong size and had nothing to do with my uterus placement.
