My hair came out looking brighter one or two shades, as if being bleached. Either way, that helps it to blend into the greys. The product itself features a pump at the top, and a little goes a long way, but I used a generous amount. It doesn't appear to have any colouring agents, and it is of a clear/yellowish appearance. The first time I used it, my hair was a bit dirty, so I used another shampoo beforehand, and it seemed to have an even better effect! So perhaps this is best used as a sort of conditioner. The instructions said to wait 2-3 minutes after applying. I probably went double that on my first time. The only downside is that if you wait too long, it can get into your eyes eventually and burn a little. I haven't used it longer than a week so far so I can't say the amount of progress for sure.
