Dont buy off brand- its not as good
I stopped using this for a few months and went without vit c in general.(30.00 every 4weeks was… a tad much with all else) Gave in being I spend so much on skin care and tried a cheaper brand: Just spend the money: it costs the same just about everywhere. Mature skin(40s) Routine roc Vit C (let it dry ), hyaluronic acid let it dry, tinted moisturizer, elf, fragrance, free, moisturizer, sunscreen. Once I added the Vit c back- skin/face loved me again. Subtle change that I noticed after a few weeks. Consistent key w any skincare. Does hydrate,I’ve noticed fine lines diminish, sunspots diminish, and an overall healthy glow. I do use on neck also! Don’t forget the neck ladies! Scent: light and gone. If you don’t let it dry for 30-60 seconds it will pill just as any other product that you layer. No breakout,very sensitive skin.

I loved it at first, but it caused my skin to breakout after a week of using (I have very sensitive and acne-prone skin). I googled the ingredients out of curiosity when I started to see more breakouts and apparently the castor oil is problematic for acne-prone skin.
