24 volt 2 seater vehicle

Where to start. Directions were vague. There isn’t a contact number for customer service. 24 volt battery charged 24 hours only lasts about 20 minutes. The left rear wheel fell off. Steering wheel came off and had to be bolted in in order to stay on. IS NOT RETURNABLE!
