Thick serum oil gel magic potion
Shocked how well this works. It’s a unique texture. Sort of a thin gel meets an oil, which gives it a thick yet watery serum feel. But that strange sounding texture somehow transforms my wavy on top, curly underneath hair into the lot hydrated and soft waves and curls. I’ve NEVER found a product that works this well. Because it sort of absorbs quickly into the hair, it can take a few attempts to figure out how much your hair needs. I comb through my hair in the shower and then squeeze out as much water as possible, but not towel dry before adding this. I didn’t need to use anything else either to get this effect. Definitely worth a try in my opinion.

Miracle worker!
I love this product! I wasn’t sure it would work for my hair, I have crazy wavy hair that gets very frizzy but this stuff was a miracle worker! My hair has beautiful soft waves now hardly any frizz, and it’s so soft! Even after sleeping on it I work up with perfectly soft waves no knots or tangles, just fluffed it with my hands and it looked perfect. I’ve never had a product work so well on my hair.

Background: I’ve always used curly hair products and my hair would be crunchy, heavy, never look good on day 2. My hair is about a 2c/3a on a good day but mostly 2c. Decided to give wavy hair products a try and see if it made a difference with my hair. OH MY GOD my hair looks the best it’s ever had (and this was after I slept on it). The picture of me in sunglasses is when I would do a curly hair routine. Couldn’t touch my curls because they would fall apart and frizz out. My hair would just feel stiff. The second photo is day two hair after I slept on it and the volume is INSANE. My hair is so bouncy, not crunchy and so soft. This does give u a light cast but super easy to undo the cast. I cannot recommend this product enough.

Not sure whose hair this is for, but it has a strong fragrance, flakes in the hair, and simply doesn’t do much. It provides no hold, regardless if heat styled or air dried. Too much looks like greasy hair but anything less doesn’t hold shape or contain frizz.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when I was given the opportunity to try this gel serum. I used it after towel drying my hair after a shower. It was so easy to use and it felt like I didn’t need to use a whole lot to cover all of my hair. This product has the same great smell as the shampoo and conditioner, somewhere in between and fruity and floral scent, my fiancé described it as watermelon. When combined with the conditioner and shampoo it gave my hair a nice soft wave when dry. Will definitely be going and trying more of this company’s products!

!!! Destroyed My Scalp ~ Hair Falling Out !!!
Have used this entire line, Wave Revival (shampoo, conditioner and gel) for a few months and my hair has completely changed for the worst. My scalp is suffering. My hair is hay like and falling out. It was a gradual progression but peeked beyond denial and is now physically and emotionally painful. I really really wanted to like it. I’m also not a fan of “wasting product” so I kept telling myself it wasn’t that bad. It was. Next time I’ll make sure the higher stars/good reviews for a product are not almost entirely “part of a promotion.”

The serum is lightweight and does not have a strong fragrance, which is great! Just wish it had cleaner ingredients but overall it is moisturizing while defining waves.
