My favorite edge gel thus far!

I liked the texture, a little goes a long way especially on short wet 4C hair. I didn't notice any flaking because for my hair I typically notice flaking when I mix products--which I didn't do.

You can see an instant change after using it, along with a shine. It didn't leave a residue, but it will do so if you do use a lot. The cons: Some of the ingredients that are on there are too strong. I also started noticing my edges thinning out from using it.

Not Super Moisturized But Not Dry

I noticed that I had to use a little more to define my wash and go but the gel wasn’t heavy even when I applied a lot. When my wash and go was dry my hair didn’t feel super moisturized but I noticed after 2 days that my hair was kinda dry. The hold wasn’t that good for a first day wash and go either. I think I would get better results with the matching leave in underneath.
