That inside scree though

Great when it works but my inside screen went out after 13 months (you have a 12 month warranty). I baby my phones they live life in a case. No damage no water yet still went out even though I do not use it often. If they could fix that inside screen so it doesn't go out so often I'd have given it a 5 star

Awesome phone until....

Bought the samsung galaxy z fold 3 a bit more than a year ago. Just loved the phone! Until inner screen just cracked yesterday. And now a big black ligne appeared in the middle rendering it unusable! To be known this wasn't my everyday phone so it is not like I wore it down by heavy use since I only used it at home after work. A lot of people seem to have the same problem and it looks like samsung is refusing to admit that their product is faulty!

Don't buy it

The phone is great. The screen is not so great. I have 2, and both have had a screen cracked down the fold. Samsung did pay/cover the cost for 1 to be replaced. But I would not but the Z3 or another one!

BUY INSURANCE!!!!

Inner screen broke with normal use well under the 200,000 folds / 5 years advertised. Still has the factory screen protectors, has never been without a case, never dropped, no water damage. And yet the inner screen is dead, area right down the center is black and right side doesn't work at all. Be sure to buy the insurance.

Not worth the money.

Not worth the money. Front screen is too small. Unfolded screen isn't right for watching anything. Most apps cant be folded or unfolded. Most apps don't work right on the front screen. Requires a completely different pen than the notes. Whole slew of terrible design decisions. Cant find a replacement protector that doesn't degrade the picture. All the cases seem to require being taped on, so don't expect to clean your phone regularly. I should have bought a phone and a tablet and saved some money.

Almost a hit

After 5 months, I woke up with a big black line down the middle when it's open. Had to jump through hoops to get Samsung to fix it. When i got it back, if you open it the outside screen no longer works and it needs to be re booted. When you do use the inside screen and close it, the light stays on draining my battery. I just got it back from repair and it's already going back in again!! What a headache!! And I've only had it 6 months! When the phone functions properly, I love it! I'm a 10+ year loyal Samsung customer, won't be getting another Z fold.

You should pass on purchasing a Z Fold 3 5 G

Initially, I was enthralled with this device... however, if things present themselves to be too good to be true... they typically are. After about a year and a half of use, it is beginning to develop cracks in the crease of the interior screen. Bummer. I would not buy a similar product until they can fix the issue with normal use cracking.

Not completely satisfied

I have this phone about 3 weeks after it was replaced. The original phone a had a problem with center line of the open face. Do like the speed and the full screen but not to keen on having to replace it to often.

Screen stuck on Samsung Galaxy

After 13 months of owning this phone, i performed software update and got system UI error. And phone won't boot up. I then performed factory reset and screen stuck on Samsung Galaxy.

Good phone, just needs to be bigger

I've had this for more than a year and it has worked well. Just wished the size of the phone (folded) was the same size at the S22, so that when you unfolded it it was actually twice as big as the S22.

Phone is great but the inside screen down the middle gives out too soon. 8 have 3 friends who phones did the same thing before the phone was even a year old!!

Very disapointed!

I am shocked the Phone started to bubble on the inner and outer screens. then an expanding black mark covers the middle crease on the inner screen, screen now does not respond to touch, only to the Spen I was very pleased with the phone at first but now I am contemplating never buying another Samsung phone I had to Note 8 phones prior to this that I could only use the speaker phone to hear and to be heard during calls very disapointed.

Horrible phone, way over priced!

This phone turned black straight down the middle after only a month after purchase, no drops no foul play and luckily it was under warranty but still a head ache to have to deal with such an expensive phone. The battery sucks really really bad, won't even hold 12 hours with being active on it. I'm very active at work with my phone and won't last 4 hours. Horrible 🔋 definitely not worth the money. The screen is sometimes bigger then the screen I'm on, so I can't read all words. Then sometimes the content is smaller then the screen I'm on and there is a space all around the screen. All in all this phone sucks and is so not worth the price tag it comes with. Worst impulse buy ever. I do not recommend this product at all!

Great but doesn’t last

Amazing phone I really loved a lot so much so that I didn’t upgrade to Zfold 4. I was going to wait for 5. Big mistake bought it August 21 by November 22 3 months after the end of manufacturing warranty the fold center died now have a lack line on it and big screen barely works. I did upgrade fold 2 to 3 in a year so I wasn’t árabe of issues. Didn’t expect this to happen. Their solution upgrade to Zfold 4. So if you ok changing phone every years this is phone for u. If plan to keep for a while is not. Google it I’m not alone with this issue. Some died in 3 months. Support wasn’t surprised with the issue.

This phone is the worst phone i have ever bought. I'm telling you don't buy the phone. The case i was sold didn't protect the phone and the pencil bleeds through on to the screen of the phone. i have bought Samsung phones all my life but will never buy another again.
