NOT SO GOOD!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is very slow and the screen is very dark. In some cases you cannot adjust the settings to get better viewing settings and must settle for a dark screen. Often times the TV with freeze or begins to flash uncontrollably the only real solution is to unplug the TV or reset to factory settings. This will happen a few times a month.

Worst TV I have ever owned. Do not buy this model.
Hands down the worst TV I have ever owned in my entire life. It does not function correctly. It does whatever it wants to do and navigates to apps unprompted or doesn't work at all. It's laggy despite being hard lined into the modem and keeping the OS updated. I tried calling TCL and they told me to take the batteries out of the remote to see if it continues to happen, but the problem is that it does all of these things at random and I have not been able to force the problem to replicate through button presses. It has been less than a year of owning this TV and it gives me so much grief that I can honestly say I never should have wasted any amount of money on it. Absolutely trash. You're 1000x better off buying anything else.

Awesome setup of TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV in November 2023 and have been extremely impressed with it. The clarity of the picture is superb, sound is excellent, and choice of basic local channels as well as free movie channels makes this TV choice excellent. I am only on a TV indoor 4K antenna and receive excellent reception. I am not connected to pay cable subscription. TCL is an excellent choice for TV's. I have this in my bedroom and the 43" size is perfect.

Easy navigation and great video
Our Samsung tv died after less than only 18 months. Looked at alternative and chose the TCL TV as it has easy navigation. Needed some help in installing another app so called customer support. Nani was so very helpful to get all the setup complete, including connection to our LG soundbar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ended up buying myself the 43" S Class 4K UHD HDR LED Smart TV with Google for my bedroom after my old TV bit the dust. The TV came very nicely packaged and there was no damage. The TV was easy to set up and the directions were easy to follow. It has a really nice picture, the colors are nice and crisp.
