This is a refurbished item and was accidentally placed also not compatible with my phone. Price is over high, return window is so small. I was travelling and missed the return date. I tried connecting this watch to my other phone and it is not even working properly. I called help desk to return the item and it didn’t work out. Guys don’t buy refurbished items and check the return window. Surprisingly selling the refurbished item at high price. For the first time I got mad at target

Its ok.

I’ve had the watch since December 2024, physically the watch is fine. No scratches, dings, scuffs, or anything like that when I received it. However, I did immediately notice there is a lag with the watch syncing. If I get a text on my phone, the watch does not have a notification for 1-2 mins. If I read the text on my phone, the text does not get marked read on the watch. I’ve reset the watch, ensured the watch and phone are on the latest iOS, and checked all settings but no luck! Idk what else to do at this point. 2/5 stars bc of the software/synch issues.

Bad Product, very small return window

Saw on the target website that there's a 6 month minimum return policy for refurbished products, but for Apple products it's only a 14 day when I tried to return it realizing the battery is faulty. Customer service couldn't honor it either. Don't put your money here!

It is not Apple Certified refurbished. There are some flaws with it. The return window is so short by the time you realize it it’s too late to return. Also the manufacturer isn’t even Target I’m sure it’s a third party.

Recieved incorrect watch

Beware. Ordered a series 9 and received the SE. Wouldn’t have noticed had my husband not realized that it was 44mm rather than the 45mm that I ordered so we checked under the watch face and saw it said SE. In addition, watch had poor battery life. Decreased over 20% in less than an hour. Returning immediately.

Wanted a new watch for a while! I love this one. It’s perfect. The only issue I’m having is I can’t my watch won’t change its face when I try to change it on the watch app. There are other faces I’m using that will do. Might just need to be something I have to play with. I jumped from a series 5 to a series 9. So might take some getting used to!
