A: I had the same issue. The lid shrunk in the dishwasher.

Very cute tumbler, keeps drinks cold for a decent period of time, however, is not leak proof. The spout is supposedly supposed to avoid any leaks, but easily spills your drink (and not a little, a whole lot). For the price, I'm not completely complaining, but still not worth spending money on.

I wanted a mug to drink my coffee outdoors that would keep it hot and wasn't too expensive. This one fit the bill perfectly. It my coffee hot for at least 2 hours( by which time it was all gone) My only gripe is I wish it would've been available in e pretty blue color .
