Decent Budget Receiver
It's a pretty basic budget receiver with a decent amount of power. It's not certified for any of the main Dolby or DTS audio standards but for regular stereo use, it's just fine. I don't know how long it'll last but if found at a cheap price, it might be worth checking out for a secondary setup.

Good value receiver
This receiver from Pyle is a good way to integrate a basic home theater system. Hooking up to a television is easy, thanks to the audio return channel (ARC). This picks up both audio and video, so there are a lot fewer wires that have to be threaded through the wall. Also, I really like the Bluetooth on this unit - this can be paired to a computer to have access to an endless supply. This unit also has a DAC input if you're serious about hooking up a PC. The speaker connections are straightforward. I like having the option to use plugs or binding terminals. Plus, this device was able to pick up my aging active sub. The sounds quality is good, and seems well suited to home theater in a small to medium-sized room. Distinguishing voices and calibrating the center channel work well. It struggles with music at higher volumes, though. And, there's a bit of a hum when nothing is being played. Also, although it has """"loudness"""" and treble/bass buttons, this is a poor substitute for an equalizer. The remote is rather weak, too - spongy buttons and laggy. But, this receiver does coordinate with my other devices, so it can tie into the TV's controls.

Budget-friendly but flawed
Pyle has been in the car audio business for a long time and is known for selling budget amps and speakers that crank out a lot of wattage. . . but they are usually a little dirty sound wise. As a lifelong audiophile, I correctly suspected this Pyle home receiver would not live up to my standards. However, for the casual listener looking for an inexpensive unit. . . it should function decently. We live in the country and regularly experience power outages. . . and the 20-year-old Denon receiver in my basement office has taken too many electrical jolts and is beginning to get a little wonky. I swapped it out for the Pyle and gave this a good test. As expected, the sound quality is not as good as my old Denon. There is a noticeable hum that never goes away, though when music is playing it does mask the hum. At higher sound volumes, a cooling fan kicks in and that adds to the noise level. The unit itself feels solid and is nicely finished. It has numerous features and lots of connectivity options, so you shouldn't have issues hooking it up to your particular setup. The quality of the various connectors and inputs on it feels cheap. . . they definitely don't compare favorably to those you will find on brands like Denon, Yamaha, Sony, etc. I have an outdoor FM antenna mounted on my roof and hooked it up to this receiver. . . and gave the FM capabilities a test. Sensitivity is OK and it seems to pick up the same stations I could get before and the signal strength seems comparable. Adjacent channel selectivity is so so and I did get some interference from nearby stations at some frequencies. Pyle would do themselves a favor by upgrading the quality of this receiver and bumping the price up a tad, while still staying below the price point of similar receivers from higher quality brands. I will probably give this to my nephew who is trying to build his first home entertainment system and purchase a new higher end receiver for me.

Great Sound for Poolside Enjoyment
I got this to replace active/passive speakers for around my pool. I keep this in a waterproof chest and the speaker wires through the handles. I'm still able to use the old 8†passive speakers and have ordered two more to round it out. Two work fine but I like a more even sound throughout the yard. Even with the two I am thrilled to say it is working great. Highly recommended because of the price and features it provides.

Immersive Sound Experience
This Pyle home theater receiver is perfect for my setup! The surround sound fills the whole room with clear and powerful sound, making movie nights feel like I'm in a real theater. The Bluetooth feature makes it super easy to connect to my phone for music, and it even has support for ARC, so I can control everything with my TV remote which is sooooo convenient! The sound quality is amazing and perfect for when I'm having friends over or just relaxing with some music or a movie. I love it.

Good features, annoying buzz
This amp has a great set of features, including ARC so you can get surround sound signals via HDMI from your smart TV, and does work. It sounds reasonably good when playing music as far as I can tell. It's not going to deafen anyone with loudness, but you know that when buying this at this power rating. However, it does have a flaw. When it's on and has no signal, it emits a notable standby sound through the speakers (at least front main and surround speakers). I tested it on all inputs and at different volumes. It's a constant buzz that annoys me when I e. g. pause the music for a while but don't want to turn off the amp. I recorded it in the attached video so you can hear it. I also whipped out some frequency plots from audacity so you can see the specific frequency components. I thought we were at a sophistication level in audio electronics to not have audible standby buzz these days, but I guess not.

Affordable MultiChannel Amplifier with Bluetooth
Was looking to enhance my home audio system without spending a ton of money I found that this amplifier Had all of the specs that I was looking for a good price. I like that it had seven different channels for my speakers and subwoofers that are hooked to my home entertainment system. 1200 W power is good for my large living room. That's connected to the kitchen. It's kind of like a wide open design. It also connect seamlessly with my phone so I can play my music With Bluetooth. Very pleased with some quality and it's also super easy to change and control from across the room with the remote included

Affordable Quality Sound
This receiver delivers excellent performance at an affordable price. The design is solid and the interface basic and not overly complicated. I personally like the simplicity of the front panel, it does everything I need without being difficult for me to use. With 7. 2 channel configuration, this is true surround sound for immersive audio when watching my favorite movies. It is plenty powerful to power my speakers and provide big sound. I'm using for a home theater with the HDMI inputs but it can work with other inputs as well like USB and bluetooth if I just want to play tunes. It also has auxiliary and RCA inputs, amongst others, so lot of options. Setup is pretty straightforward. Though not super high end, the performance is terrific and the price point made a great sound setup accessible to me.
