it's a great umbrella and we love it!

Love the umbrella! super huge and really does the job for us for outside drinks and dining! the only caveat was the stick that supposedly helped get the cover on and off did not work for myself or husband and we have to use a step ladder to get the cover on & off In the summer we just leave the cover off thoughso no big deal It's a great umbrellajust big and tall and needs something to get the cover on and offwas all

Nice shade but can be hard to open

I struggle to open the umbrella The crank opens easily but trying to move it up and down the pole is difficult It seems to sort of stick and I have trouble setting the height even with 2 hands Takes a bit more strength and messing with than I expected

Good American company. There when you need them

I’ve had the purple leaf umbrella and base next to my pool in S FL for over 5 years It’s been the best umbrella I’ve ever purchased, and I’ve been through a few And the support for extra parts and how-to replacement info is second to none There’s a separate email address to every department at Putple Leaf and the the response is almost immediate Quality products and good long-term support This is a company that I recommend to all my children and friends, and whoever reads this lol

Great Product

Really enjoy our product. Does exactly what we need it to and looks great when using it. The directions are spot on and when followed the base is very sturdy. Sets up in seconds and a great addition to the patio.

I have two of these umbrellas. Both work great. One of the canopies ripped during a wind storm. Purple leaf helped to replace promptly and efficiently.

Replacement of base and supports

This umbrella was purchased three years ago It recently was blown over which broke the cross and base tube Although I was not happy about the damage and the base support instruction provided when I purchased the umbrella, Kate did a very good job providing the necessary parts to rebuild the base The umbrella is now functional I would like to comment that approximately 400 pounds is needed on the base cross to keep this umbrella from tipping over

We purchased this Purple Leaf umbrella The umbrella is beautiful and functioned easily until a rib broke at a connection to the main shaft Purple Leaf was readily available to help with repairs, and when repairs became problematic, provided a new umbrella Very honorable

Received my 2nd Purple Leaf Cantilever Umbrella

Both are in the same color so its a great addition to my backyard pool area The setup time was about 45 mins, you do need a helping hand to lift the cantilever in place, but everything else is basic instructions and uses the tools provided The cantilever works great, up and down and swings around for different sun protection angles The base needs to have a lot of weight in it in order to prevent the umbrella from blowing, so you need a combination of water and play sand to fill the basins to get to a few hundred pounds of support Great value at the prices being offered - went to a patio retail store and the prices were 5-10 times what i paid

This is much larger than expected which is great for summer coverage The material is great quality, the setup was extremely easy and straightforward, and the cantilever provides amazing coverage for a large table and chairs

Love my umbrella!

After having gone through a few other products from other companies that didn’t stand the test of time, I am really happy with my large cantilevered umbrella It’s held up well, the color is pretty, and the mechanism works smoothly and seems high quality I’d recommend it without hesitation

Very good Product!

This umbrella is perfect for my small backyardI live in Florida, and in winter time I spend a lot of time sitting under this umbrellaThe good thing is when a Hurricane is on the way I just close it and put it in the garageI installed a 1/8' cable on 3 of the corners to prevent the umbrella from moving to much the the windsVery happy overall Now we have a new area is like making an addition to the house

Very impressed so far

I bought this 10 x x10 cantilever umbrella to block the sun on my West facing deck. It does a great job blocking the sun no matter what time of day it is. The tilt feature is essential when the sun gets lower. I easily set it up myself using the included visual instructions. I just experienced my first rain shower under the umbrella and it performed perfectly. No water came through. I would not have it in its tilted\vertical position during anything but a light breeze, but that was expected. I'm very happy.
