Excellent product

Excellent build quality. Love how you can easily swivel and tilt. Hope material lasts. It looks very proprietary. I would definitely buy another at this price point.

Excellent support - post sales by Zoey and great umbrella!

I have owned this umbrella for over a year now. I have been through many umbrellas and this one is by far the best one! I had never installed the 360 turn base on it but had just bolted it directly to the deck. Finally, we went to install it and realized we had misplaced the instructions and a couple of the parts. Zoey was extremely helpful to get an installation video link to me and helped me locate the missing parts. It required a few emails back and forth and Zoey was always immediately responsive. Thanks to this support the umbrella is fully installed and will turn as well! sorry, no time to post a picture but it looks great. holds up under strong wind gusts also. I always drop it down if over 15 mpg winds but would withstand more.

JUST CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS!!!

My large round umbrella was damaged by winds. I contacted Purple Leaf (Joey) and she helped me with spare parts and instructional videos. It was not easy but I was able to repair the umbrella.

Just installed this umbrella on my patio and we love it It swings to cover either a chaise lounge or our outdoor dining table It is large, so I’m glad I measured in advance Also note to others, if using the base that comes separately, make sure to put the base on the cross bars first before screwing the parts together Base won’t slide on after assembling the umbrella

Easy install!

I used the deck mounting plate I put two pieces of 2X10 under the decking to sandwich the 5/4 deck boards between the mounting plate and the 2X10 The whole process was done in less than 3 hours Kate in customer was very helpful; a good information source and great response time I'm really happy with the quality of all of the components

Great investment

I would buy this umbrella again 20 times! It's great for the Florida sun and can move and rotate for ultimate coverage! It's sturdy and easy to manage Great product!

Base DOES NOT Support Umbrella

Really like the design, breadth/size of umbrella. However, BEWARE! All of the item photos show a base that is NOT included. In small writing, it says that an X base is included, and not the one pictured. WHY would you show pictures of an item with a base that is not included in EVERY picture? Meanwhile, the X base it comes with does NOT support the weight of the umbrella, and is NOT safe to use without reinforcement. So, please just be aware that you will need to purchase a better base.
