This large capacity filtered water dispenser system gives you up to 2 months and 40 gallons (or 640 8oz cups) of cleaner, great-tasting water before a water filter replacement is needed. Each PUR water filter reduces 15 chemical & physical substances from tap water including mercury, while also lowering chlorine to improve taste and odor. Filtered water dispensers from PUR are used for taste improvement, to reduce contaminants, and for supporting overall hydration. Q: Can you amend the description on the app? It includes the Pur plus filter in the description and it was the shorter filter that came with it. I think the questions mention it but it’s a bit disappointing when you’re trying to just drive up for pick up.

Q: Does this have an LED? How often do we have to replace the filter?

A: There is no light in this unit. It is completely plastic. I live alone, drink a ton of water each day and I change my filter about every 3 months.

A: Thank you for your inquiry. If your PUR Classic 30-Cup Dispenser is taking up to 2 hours to filter, first ensure the filter was properly prepared and flushed according to the instructions. Sometimes air bubbles or carbon particles can slow the flow. To help remedy this, we would first recommend removing the filter from your dispenser. Once removed, please hold the filter upside down at a slight angle and shake it for 5-6 seconds before returning it to the upright position. Water so good testing

Perfect for the family
