Stopped working within a month after receiving it

Bought this Santa last November and by Christmas, the bottom half stopped working. None of the lower section will light up. Would love a resolution. Replacement bulbs or fuses to try....

Need longer stakes!!

I got the snowman and it works and looks pretty darn cool. The kids loved it and said we have the best decoration😁 The snowman should have longer stakes at the foot area. The stakes to keep the main body area up could be placed higher up to support the body due to the juggling arms and presents which makes it top heavy. So we had to add a short support wooden stake and zip tied it to the main stakes of the snowman.the leg stakes that is attached to the snowman could be longer as well so the snowman can be more stabilized when the stales can be poked further into the ground. The stakes they have on the snowman is more like just above ground stands😩🤦🏻♀️. A few wind gust which weren’t very strong took out the snowman on the first night😆😒 Otherwise the product is great

Buyer beware

I purchased the snowman/Santa bundle. These are beautiful, until they stopped working. The snowman lasted less than a month before the animation stopped working. The Santa arrived with half the lights out, and although customer service sent a replacement quickly, I ended up retiring both pieces. The cost was too much for the little bit of time they worked properly for me.

No instructions

Very cute but did not come with any instructions on how to put it together. I could figure it out, but would have preferred actual instructions.

Cute addition to holiday decorations

I love the idea of them moving light decoration for Christmas. The snowman reminds me of the ones you see in amusement parks. The size was true to description and everything worked when I turned it on. Also the lights are nice quality. Putting it together was pretty self-explanatory even though the directions were just pictures.
